“I love this wendys. I casually stop here after work on my way home and nobody ever seems grouchy. I do Interact with new employees sometimes when I come there. A lady name Sara without an H they said lol , who I've never seen there before.... She made me a sandwich that I thought they would think was weird....but she did it for me and was happy to do it. First sandwich was wrong chicken and she gladly fixed the chicken I paid for and didn'tgive any attitude,
She wanted to make sure i was happy. When I tell you this sandwich was what I was wanting to taste...it was the best sandwich I've ever had from Wendy's. Thank you Sara and all the employees that heard what I wanted. Great staff“

“Went through the drive thru I love the setup. I've nvr had a long wait even when the line is long. The food hot fresh & delicious. My go to is the nugget or tenders with mac & cheese, or Summer Salad. But the Chicken Deluce sandwich is delicious as well.“

“I’m an out of towner from Pittsburgh and have been driving back and forth to cinci since I was a kid. I hadn’t had skyline in a couple years. It was so damn good I had to come leave this review. Got 3 cheese coneys all the way and chili cheese fries. This might be the best fast food in the game! I was literally almost in tears from how delicious.“

“Still as great as I remember it“

“This is around fast food level, but surprisingly good for what it is. We went there for the other people in my group as I am NOT a chili person, but I had the Mac and cheese (good), and the baked potato (better!). The potato was huge for the cost, loaded up, and had butter pretty well throughout it, not just on top. I could do that for a lunch! Was pleased with the visit beyond what I expected!“

“I stop by for a snack and Moolatte on my drives to Newark, which is every month or two. This is the friendliest Dairy Queen I have ever been to! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and happy to serve you. I can’t say I’ve ordered much from the menu, I usually get the same thing, but it’s always good and fresh, and served up with a smile! Management is doing a wonderful job here!“

“what happened to your chicken??? I'm getting flat pieces of crust I pay 25+ for 2 meals and shakes unacceptable for what you charge. this has been at least 5 times. I should clarify im talking of main street, just seen someone sayb this was fair“

“This certainly going to be a brand new tradition for my Girlfriend and I. The staff was very friendly and attentive which is always spectacular and stands out at this location every time we have came by to eat. The decorations and the mood were by far an excellent addition to the experience.“

I asked for a Mod with some changes (no gorgonzola) and he even made some suggestions. Very tasty.“

“A great place to go to get ice cream from.“

“Such a great restaurant. Last night me and my family went to Arby's for some dinner, and it was really good! The tables were wiped, the service was great, the food was even better, free refills on drinks, and they even gave us free french fries when we wanted extra food. Definitely recommended from me.

Parking: We went to Arby's at around 7 pm to 8 pm, so they were pretty empty. There were a lot of parking spots available, which made it very quick and easy to find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: Arby's kids meals are just as delicious as normal meals. The kids claimed that they loved the fries and liked how crispy the nuggets were. They even liked the toys that came inside. They were really happy to see that you can get 2 toys per meal. The theme is also creative (prehistoric dinos) I recommend the kids meals and so do my own kids.“

“One negative I have is when a customer orders something and it’s not done and when you say something to the employee they just the eyes they should make it right who wants to eat cold food“

“It’s been at least 15+ years since I had Long John Silver last time. I was so glad I had another one in this location particularly on June 8, 2024 afternoon. The service was top notch, all the employees were so friendly with everyone. I haven’t seen anything like that in a very long time. The fish were so fresh and crispy, the shrimp were so delicious. Will be back!“

“Came here on a whim for lunch with the family. And EVERYONE WAS AWESOME food was great. Thank all of you ladies very much.

They even gave us quarters 3 times because kids wanted to get stuff our of the machines.

“Not sure if they got new staff, but service and food was great today! Our waitress, Dawn, was outstanding. She helped us along with others tables when they needed help and the front register. She was professional, sweet and checked all the food before bringing it out to customers. She’s definitely management material in our eyes!“

“Come on Now you need to get the workers to park on the very back line by the trash can not right where the customers need to park... They need to think of the customers,, my jobs never allowed us to take the spots where customers need to park... you have 2 right there. “If you had asked me to rate the place a few months ago it would have been a 5/5 Now not so much. I've watched employees take the best parking spots. Which saddens me as I watch the senior citizens struggle to walk across the parking lot. Trade e-cigs out side back and forth like you would joints then go back to work without washing their hands. I've even watched an employee's scuzzy friends go to the counter and supply her with cigarettes they brought inside already lit and got several puffs then pass it back. They had a massive laugh over it and they left, she went back to the line without hand washing. Idk far to much is becoming questionable.“

“I got a pick up order from the mobile app and picked it up from the drive thru, when I got home realized they gave me the wrong food. I was going to go back but the line was so long I just left. I noticed with my bank that the refunded the entire order without my asking. That was really nice and shows that they are paying attention to customer service. Thank you DQ, food is always good.“

“When ordering a turkey bacon club or any other sub with bacon they always ask at the end if you want bacon. Well yeah. why don't they ask if you want the other meat.
People will tell you if they don't want something on the sub“

Parking: Have plenty of spots close to front doors and all around to park!

“Rally's has really lost it's human touch. nothing can replace a human recording the order. Having a automatic machine doing it is such an awful idea. each item I tried to orde the machine would Interrupt me after each item asking me if there was more. IF it would have shut up and let me finish my order there would have been more. Do not give the short staff excuses, if staff is able to stand out on B side and smoke a cigarette, then clearly they have enough man power to take an order. There was NO other cars. I will be back, for a walk up order only.“

“If you ever need a good laugh or a smile put on your face or just in general want to pay it forward to the person behind you, you should definitely visit the Hardee’s on Highway 58 in Chattanooga, TN! The guy that works the drive-through window is always joking with me and playing tricks and he told me that my card declined but I thought he was being serious and I was like well, I have cash if you need me to pay for it that way. he said he was just joking, but if I wanted to, I could pay for the person behind me as their food was less than five dollars! It goes to show kindness and just a little bit of laughter makes things go a long way and you’re more open to being a giver when you encounter people that just put it out in the atmosphere!“

“This steak and shake is great. People are always very nice at the drive thru. They don't sound angry that you're there. The food is always perfect. Not a sloppy mess. Other fast food places slap the condiments on there and just make it sloppy, not this place. Love the whole rebranding and packaging.“
