The place was hopping and the staff stayed on top of it. Chefs super friendly and thanked us for coming. Food was promptly brought out hot, coffee cup was never empty. Great selection of breakfast items, we wanted to try everything! Reasonably priced! Highly recommend! Please support local establishments like The Sleepy Rooster!”

“This is a gem a gem in Chagrin Falls ! I stopped in was working in the area ,and ordered the deluxe ,and it was delicious. Not stingy on the toppings ,or the sauce . Reasonably priced there not trying to charge you 23 dollars for a dam medium like some places 16 dollars perfect price . Super friendly staff ,gentlemen told me the go to menu items . Fast service Very clean inside lobby. ! Kudos Revolution pizza .”

“Crooked Pecker is one of our favorites. They have awesome food trucks. They have one of the best Hefeweizens. They have several IPAs. They Stouts are awesome for the fall and winter.”

“Treasured little get-away. Spontaneous trip brought me there from near Cleveland. Worth the drive! Owned and run by a great group of people. The beer was quite tasty! ( loved the cherry!) Liked the jewelry too. Cozy carefree atmosphere. Will definitely visit again. Also enjoyed the great Miles Road band. Thank you!!”

“The Aladdins in Bainbridge is our favorite Aladdins. The food is just as consistently delicious at the other locations, but we feel the customer service at this location is top notch. Our server last night was Amanda. The employees are always friendly, attentive, and working hard to serve the customers (whether they be dine in or customers picking up). The girls are always moving quickly, and with a purpose. My wife and I are vegetarian, and there are plenty of meatless dishes to enjoy. We each ordered a salad (Mujadara Power Salad and Cranberry Walnut Salad), and as always, they were fresh, and delicious. Also had the Len-Chili soup, which was piping hot and not too spicy.”

“We visited on a Saturday morning and it was very crowded, however, the staff got through the rush in a timely manner and still managed to make good quality drinks while being friendly. Overall good experience but on the pricier side of coffee. Its a nice touch that its only a short walk away from the falls-which we took advantage of.”

“Good quality ice cream. A bit pricier than DQ or other smaller ice cream venues. Staff is friendly. They accept both cash and card. It can get quite busy on weekend evening and parking is sometimes and issue.”

“We stopped for dinner while going through town. Our server, Alexis, was amazing. We had the absolute best shrimp alfredo we’ve ever had. We got to speak to the owner before we left. He was so personable and explained how they make their products all fresh. We will definitely be back!”

“I will NEVER order from this business again. They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect. Tues I spoke to the baker who made the cake and explained to her the mistakes that were made. she just kept trying to shift blame onto me. saying oh well you left with the cake so its not our problem once you leave with it. I expressed my husband picked it up cause I was getting ready for the party and as soon as he opened it I saw immediately it was wrong and called you within minutes. didnt matter she wasnt willing to help us out. no discount. no refund, no nothing. she kept blaming her mistakes on the photo I sent her being "too old to see" but the mistakes had nothing to do with the picture. it was a HER mistake not a picture mistake. 1: there was to be no writing on the cake because we have a topper. and they wrote on the cake. 2.I asked them to write a message on the cake board instead. which they didnt. 3. I asked for light pale pink flowers and they were bright fuschia pink. but somehow those mistakes are because of an "old photo?" ok. **eye roll** she took zero ownership and gave no help toward finding a fair way to make the customer happy. I do not recommend this place. they are rude, don't follow instructions, overpriced, poor customer service, and take zero responsibility for their actions. absolutely blown away being treated this way by a buisness. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. below is will post photos of the cake and the notes stating what I wanted and didnt get.”

“This place is a hidden gem! We stopped here before our sons hockey game. Servers were on top of it. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and fries. One of the best wraps I've ever had. My husband got the brick house burger and he said it was very good. The toasted bun was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!”

“My husband and I came in for his birthday dinner and we couldn't have been happier!

I had a few specific requests in regards to the birthday that they graciously accommodated.

We arrived about 15 minutes before our reservation at 7:00 p.m., expecting to wait at the bar for a bit, but they sat us right away. We were debating on whether or not to sit outside, so they chose the absolute perfect table inside, right next to a huge open window.

Our drinks took a couple extra minutes, but it was 7:00 p.m. and they had a full bar, so I'm definitely not going to complain about that as it was nowhere near and excessive wait.

We ordered both of the soups, mushroom and onion, and they were absolutely incredible! Highly recommend getting bread service to go with it, as they were both perfect for dipping.

We split a Caesar salad, which definitely tasted like it was homemade dressing. Very good.

For entrees we did chicken cordon bleu and the short rib specialties. Both were absolutely phenomenal!
My one and only complaint would be that the pomme frites looked suspiciously like frozen fries...

We were also presented with two lovely little cream puffs and a side of chocolate sauce for his birthday dessert.

Overall an absolutely lovely experience.

I don't usually love creme brûlée but the Bourbon creme brûlée was the best I've ever had! Chocolate pot was delightful, too. The attention to detail, care for fine ingredients, and presentation is very evident. Drinks - had the Smoked Rosewood and Pineapple Smash, will come back just for those drinks... or desserts. Great service as we remembered from Umami. Welcome back, great job!”

“If you’ve never ordered from here Do not let the owner on the phone throw you off. He’s just short and to the point on the phone. In person he’s a really cool guy and makes really good pizza! Him and his wife started their pizza shop 46 years ago. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Give it a try!”
