“I went to Old Canal SH from Cols 8/21/23 and friendly staff, great prices, food is indescribably delicious. I ate some there and placed carryout order. I still have plenty left. You will not be disappointed. The food looks and taste like photos. Don't take my word for it. Well worth the drive.”

“Dude we just had the best meal of our lives. I got the WV burger with loaded fries. Ordered from DoorDash and everything was fresh and hot. We have had 50 West many times but someone put their foot in this one (Not literally)!!!! The burgers go so crazy I could eat 8 in one sitting. And I don’t mind paying a couple extra bucks for REAL FOOD that tastes better than any other burger joint in Chillicothe. The fry sauce is a must. I ❤️ you, fifty west. Keep doing tha dam thing.”

“Had a party of 8. We were greeted and seated quickly. Did not have to wait for service, the server was very prompt. Menu choices were tough because everything sounded so good. Between our party we tried about 4 different dishes and most of the apps. The apps were out quickly and very nice portions. The cheese sticks were something different and really good. I had the lasagna and wow was it good. You can definitely tell everything is made in house. Highly recommend to anyone in Chillicothe or anyone who may be in the area.”

“Parents like my wife and I with toddlers live that it’s so Kid friendly with great food and service. It’s usually a little hot but it’s not a deal breaker. Adults can also have a beer while watching their children safely play.”

This place is typically busy (as you’d expect from a spot that never misses), so if you’re coming at peak times, be prepared to wait. It’s absolutely worth it—especially since they’re one of the only coffee shops on DoorDash (we office girls are so grateful for that!).

“I spent my first weekend in NY walking 10 miles in 20 degree weather post-cyclone looking at overpriced walkups, wondering why the hell I moved here from Los Angeles. Starving, I Yelped the closest pizza place and had my answer. New York is the only city where, despite everything, you can walk into any neighborhood and find a slice of pizza that makes you forget everything you loved in your west coast past life. I used to think Joe's was the best, but this definitely took that spot. I thought, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe this just tasted so good because I was hungry that day and it was cold. To test this, I came here multiple nights in a row and still experienced no diminishing marginal returns. Instead, each visit made me crave this place more. The normal/triangular/non-square margarita is my fave. And although a warm slice tastes great while you're walking outside and makes you forget how cold it is, I much prefer to enjoy these in the large seating area in the back to fully engage in the experience.”

“My family stopped here for a breakfast while visiting family out of state. My wife and son had never eaten in a Bob Evans and I have not been to one in over 40 years. Let's call it a hybrid of Shoney's/Cracker Barrel/IHOP and you will have a great idea of what to expect.
Everything is served from the menu and breakfast appears to be their specialty. Lunch and dinner items are offered but my family chose to eat their wonderful breakfast offerings. With a quaint little selection of items for sale you can take home the memory or share it with a loved one. This was all together a good experience for us and we left with a smile on our face and a full belly.”
