“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. The food was cooked to perfection and came out pretty quickly considering the size of our group. Great job everyone! Thank you for being awesome. We will definitely be back again“

“My husband and I had dinner here before attending the Nate Bargatze comedy show on Sunday, October 26th. We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. It was an easy choice being so close to the venue we were attending and we're glad we chose it!“

I’m very excited my new office is only 4 minutes down the road. I plan on not packing my lunch as much and taking some time away from work. “Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

She was the only employee there and made my favorite (loaded salmon and grits!!!) and it was sooooo perfect 👌🏾 I couldn’t help but to do a happy dance when I tasted my food!!!! She made sure I got it exactly to my liking and she was so welcoming and down to earth I felt like I was in there talking to one of my older aunts! “El Barril is a really awesome Mexican joint we found in Mount Adam's in Cincinnati. It had both indoor and outdoor seating but on this day we decided on the inside. The restaurant looks really super fun with lots of tremendous decor with even the chairs being unique (and comfortable too.) They had a lot of unique takes on Mexican dishes (lots of unique burgers on the menu for one) as well as some classic favourites. We started with an appetizer of Buffalo Chicken Dip which was a straightforward take on it. It had lot's of chicken, a very flavourful but not too spicy Buffalo sauce, and some blue cheese mixed in. It was served with chips. This was as good of take as I've had on a Buffalo Dip that I've had from anyplace. For my main course I tried the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos which was 3 hard tacos served with grilled shrimp topped with spicy Bang Bang sauce as well as cilantro. This was very unique but very delicious all the same. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and that sauce I would describe as zesty with a slight punch but not too much. Really liked them a lot. My wife enjoyed her Margarita as well as her food (I believe it was a pork dish but I forgot to take a picture). This was a super fantastic lunch and I for one can't wait to come back.“

“I’ve been looking for a place here in Cincinnati that can make me a Lobster and Crab grilled cheese like I had at the LAX airport a few months back. They were able to add the lobster to a grilled cheese but not the crab meat and it was good just a tad bit salty but I would definitely try again. Really appreciated them making the accommodation. Rest of the food was good except for the Coleslaw, just too different for my taste. Bacon cheeseburger was better than average. Mozzarella sticks were ok. Waitresses was ok, not as conversational as we are use to but serviceable. Price was reasonable for 2 meals, a speciality sandwich, and an appetizer. We agreed to give this establishment a 8 out of 10 overall. Definitely will return.“
