“If you're looking for a very good steakhouse with excellent quality food, great service, atmosphere, and affordable that's without the Jeff Ruby price tag, then I would recommend giving this establishment a try. It's a nice step up from your Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse chains. It's very reasonably priced for the food and service you receive. Everything on the menu that I have orderd has been excellent. So if you're looking for something more than your average chain steakhouse without dropping the high end steakhouse pricing, then I would recommend giving it a try.“

“The entrees at Atwood are outstanding. We had the black bass and the arctic char. The oysters, raw and roasted, were delicious as well, but the entrees made the meal for us. Our server, Anna, was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We will return, maybe not on Saturday night though, as the crowd and acoustics make it very loud for dinner. That was the only negative for an otherwise great evening.“

“The fried fish was so yummy and mouth watering, just an out of this world experience for me. We brought fried catfish and they were just excellent. I fell in love with the fried fish burger with tomatoes, onions. The only downside was that the fries were quite soft not the traditional crispy ones we would expect but I don't have that much to say against it. “I found a delicious place for fish. It's carry-out only and so worth it. The pricing was reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great. Ordered the tilapia. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. “Quality in every bite. Servers was very good but felt there was a bit too many tables for wait staff and it looked like a slow night. I like that the majority of guests dress up and that the restaurant encourages a more proper code. You do not need coat and tie but the jean shorts and ripped look were not on view as I have seen at some other high end places. Dress is personal and I like the atmosphere at The Capital Grill.“

“My Goodness! The flavors are amazing!! The oxtails are tender and flavorful. The chicken is completely marinated and moist never dry. The steamed fish with peppers and onions is great with just the right amount of heat. If you want to go to Jamaican just order and be transported in you mind! JUST DELICIOUS!!! The only reason no 5 stars is there is always room for improvement. And I can't wait until theres a more upscale dining experience of Yummi Express!!“

“I’ve been craving a Seafood Boil…and this REALLY HIT!! Perfect spice level, perfect potatoes…as soon as the food hit the table…SILENCE! And no one was talking. SOOO GOOD!“

“Went here for a date night and left so full and happy!! Our server, Jenny, took such good care of us. It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“

“My wife and I spent our 37 wedding anniversary in the Cincinnati area. We wanted to find a nice place, but different than the usual for our anniversary dinner. My wife found Meritage Restaurant online and said it sounded like what we wanted. She called to make a reservation and from the conversation on the phone we were excited to eat here! After arriving to the area, which was a hidden gem in itself, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess! We ask to sit upstairs to enjoy the live music and those guys did not disappoint with their blues/jazz music! Our waitress, she is why there should be no tax on tips! She knew her stuff and was AWESOME! The food, from the stuffed mushrooms, to our dinner, to dessert did not disappoint! EVERYTHING was perfect and it made our anniversary a very special evening! I would drive the two hours from our house to eat here again! GREAT PLACE!!!!!“

“Seasons 52 is consistently perfect - delicious food, wonderful service and an upscale "fine dining" ambiance, yet offering very reasonable prices. Had lunch at Seasons 52 on our most recent visit, and was thrilled with the lunch menu choices including their flatbread pizza + side option. My husband ordered off the regular menu, selecting the trout (which is a difficult dish to find in a Cincinnati restaurant) and which he described as absolutely delicious. Our server, Lindsey, was informative and attentive, and the overall setting made for a relaxing mid-week lunch.“

“I had dinner here last weekend and honestly, everything was phenomenal. The heirloom tomato salad was refreshing on a summer evening. Their cod was tender, and the accompanying chimichurri sauce was divine that I could've slurped it. If you love bananas, you must order the banana bliss for dessert.

Now on to the not so good, which was unfortunate, as the service overall from everyone was friendly. However, the evening was nearly ruined by the waiter who had an extremely offensive body odor. I understand that while serving, you may work up a sweat. But if you're larger, you have to take extra measures (besides a soapy shower), such as wearing an undershirt, anti-perspirant, and men's body powder.

I won't let that deter me and will definitely visit again because Alara is truly a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic and food to match.“

The wait staff is attentive and not hiding outside texting, like so many restaurants/ bars. the live music was good, and an updated version of the local and national band BACK BEAT, was well worth the cost of admission- which as free. Ran into several old friends. The parking is easy and close, and the area is safe, which is a huge plus for me. Give this place a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised.“

“We had a reservation and was seated immediately upon arrival. This is a beautiful restaurant and our booth was comfortable. We had the oysters rock. And was not disappointed. Also, had the chopped salad and it was delicious. Rolls were served. Our main course was the filet. Perfectly cooked. My sister and I split everything and had more than enough to fill up. We took home a huge slice of chocolate cake. Very decadent!!“
