We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. The atmosphere is very fun and entertaining as you watch the conveyor belt, the trams on top of the belt, and the robots delivering hot and fresh food. our waitress was on top of our drinks and explained the iPad and the conveyor belt system very well. While we went at noon, the music and decor were as relaxing as an evening or even late- night event. Our server Simeon was professional and committed to make our meal a memorable one. “Today I traveled from Florida to Cincinnati. My sister and I wanted to get a bite to eat . We didnt want to get fast food that you could get on every corener . While leaving the airport I Googled restaurants close by . There were several to choose from however, we decided on Pig Candy BBQ this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was amazing ( we had the special which was the brisket sandwich) this sandwich was very tender and full of flavor. If you are just traveling through or a local or feel up to a drive this is definitely worth your time .The staff knows what customer service means . All around Great food and service. A MUST STOP....... THANK YOU !!“

“Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “Went here for a date night and left so full and happy!! Our server, Jenny, took such good care of us. It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“
