“So what started out as a bad experience ending up an amazing one. We were sat at a table outside. Sat for over 20 mins with no one coming to the table so my husband and I decided to leave. I then 5-10 mins later get a call from the hostess. She called to apologize and said it was her fault no one came she didnt assign the table and asked for us to come back and be served right away. I was blown away I have never had a restaurant ever reach out to me to make things right. We went back and had the best time. The food was great and so was the service. Thank you again for the amazing hospitality Kira!!“

“Terra is the best thing to happen to Terrestrial Brewing Co! Located inside the brewery, Terra brings in a more comfortable and cool atmosphere with a simple menu, good cocktails and great food at a reasonable price. Of course their craft beer is available as well. The Pimento cheese dip is a must try, and the chicken sandwich is done right. Dog friendly patio and also in the brewery side. “We had a 12:30 pm Sunday Brunch reservation and we’re able to sit on their deck overlooking the Cuyahoga river. We had a wonderful meal, our server Cara was prompt, polite and pleasant. The service was outstanding, the food and beverages were enjoyed by our group. Great spot to hang out with a panoramic view of the river across from the Jacob’s Pavilion at Nautica. We will definitely go back.“

“Found this place when I searched for best places to eat in Cleveland while we were on vacation and this one had good reviews and realistic prices so we decided to try it out and we are so glad we did! It was a warm and inviting atmosphere for being mostly a bar with extra seating. You felt like you were at home and all the staff treated you like you were family or a good friend and they looked happy to be there even though it got a bit busy when we had gotten there. Service was excellent, food was delicious, my husband got the ribs and he was in love. I tried the bbq sauce as I'm really picky about bbq sauces and it was delicious! The skull shaped cornbread was so good. I had a turkey club sandwich with the chips and the French onion dip is a must have. Great experience, we will definitely be back next time we are up in Cleveland!“

We were heartbroken losing both Lola and Greenhouse Tavern due to Covid, (and we still are) but Cordelia is the kind of restaurant that can make East 4th a go-to dining spot for us again.“

“After my wife and I walked our aardvark (a long story for another time) around 4th St , we attempted to stop in to Society for a quick nightcap for ourselves and we hoped to score a suet snack for Antony (see aardvark, above). We were understandably turned away; they have rules.

After stashing Antony in a safe place, we returned and were joyfully greeted by Austin (or was it Lubbock? My memory fades.) who carefully concocted a delightful cocktail with Creme de Violette as the star ingredient.

“This is my favorite place to eat at the Cleveland airport. Nice variety of bowls and wraps (indian, greek, thai, etc). The quality is good, consistent each time. And the wraps are delicious (and I'm very picky about food taste). Their ingredients seem fresh and well-prepared. All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. The menus food selection isnt large but it is good and flavorful. My friend loved the dry rub bone in wings and I absolutely enjoyed the soft pretzels.
Drinks are a good price compared to other downtown cleveland venues.“

“Had a great Sunday brunch here on the patio. The Aperol and espresso cocktails were delicious, as were each of our dishes: New Mexico green chile bowl, caesar salad, chicken tinga bowl and fried chicken and waffles. Portions were ample but not overwhelming. We had a great view of the river, although the patio did get rather noisy as the early afternoon wore on. Still, we enjoyed the Lakehouse very much and would love to return.“

The staff is friendly and personable, always there when you need them, and not when you don’t.
