“The food is obviously good especially when you’re drunk. However, there is always long lines in the drive thru. I think that the inside should be open 24/7 so that there isn’t such long lines. I went once and I pull up eventually after 1 and a half hours and they’re inside fooling around and talking instead of trying to get people their food quickly. I hope management sees this and straightens them up.“
“This location I've never had issues with, the employee at the drive thru was great, and the food took only a couple of minutes. Now they do not serve breakfast anymore and their website says they do so do be weary of that.

“A lot better than my last experience you never know what this place one visit you get good service the visit your meal messed up and then they have attitudes when you ask can they fix it I've noticed when younger people work my food is better they are so polite well at least the ones I've run across mostly the guys m I also think they need to come down on their prices can black people know if their trains are soda or jewels I got a blueberry blast thinking it was a ice rink and it had popping it and I cannot drink soda so I wasted my money threw it away“
“I love the people that works here they are so nice & all ways get my order right each & every time. I go there everyday after I get off work driving a truck. I get a great meal to go home with. I would like to tell everyone that works there Thank you. From a retired army vet.

“The Grilled cheese burritos are excellent, full of cheesie flavor and easy mess less road meal. Cheese fries are great too with nice salty flavor. Forget the cinnamon twists, nothing there but sugar fluff. In store order pads were tough to figure out at first, almost left the store, since a worker was too busy to take out order verbally, but gave it a second shot and it worked better.“
“This T.B. is one of the FEW I will go to in my area (kinda close to my house lol 🤣) because they are ALWAYS ON POINT, FAST, SO FRIENDLY, AND the order has NEVERRR EVERRR Been wrong!!!
I live LITERALLY 2 & 1/2-3 Mins away from the one on Lorain rd & 108th, & I will NOT EVER go there again 😑😤

They were out of lettuce, Beans, Rice, and CHEESE the one time I went! Okkkk...
Then I did an online order for me & my sister, and WOULDN'T you know it, THEY did NOT have ANYTHING to actually make our order 😒 😑
I asked if they could transfer it to another T.B. & I listened as the gal at the speaker hollered back asking the Mgr.
She said No, & that to get a refund (OVER $15 worth of food 😱) I would have to go on the App & request it! The Mgr NEVERR EVEN came to the speaker to talk to me herself 😞
Guess what else???
NEVER EVER got my refund smh 😕
However, THIS Brookpark Rd T.B. Is LITERALLY A-MAZ-ING & AWESOME!!!
It is TRULY THE BEST ONE I've been to, & will CONTINUE going to (regardless of the drive 😉)!!!!

Vegetarian options: You are FREE to "Swap" the meats on ANYTHING (I believe anything lol 🤣) as I do a LOT! MYY stomach does NOT do well with Red Meat, so I opt for refried beans or Black beans (yum!) & on some things I get both types of beans if it already comes with one of them 😉
The menu DOES have a WHOLE SEPARATE Vegetarian section, but I prefer just hitting the "Customize" button & swapping the meat out for beans 😀

“I, as an old ass person, 45, has to be honest here. This location can be the best TB location ever. There are times, which is the employees fault completely, where the experience sucks. Been there at this location and done that as well. My last two orders from here have been absolutely phenomenal!! I feel like the employees that made my order are on Reddit or something and understand when a person makes a weird order, knowing what their intentions are, and providing the absolute best quality. I still have to be honest from my personal perspective from ordering from this location across many different teams. That's why it isn't a higher rating. Spend per person question isn't helpful ever. I ordered for my own large bottom.“
“Whoever made my black bean stacker with tomatoes at around 335pm today was the BEST one I've ever ate in my life. I was a little hungry and wanted something small and I get them all the time and this was the best one I've ever had I have to make a Deal about it lol“
