Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbus, Ohio at the Easton location offers a great experience. The atmosphere is perfect for game days with multiple screens playing sports. The food, including the black bean burger and wings, was enjoyable for all. Although there was a slight delay in food service, the overall experience was positive and worth a return visit.
The staff is usually in the back on the phone or talking for the takeout section, but they are likely checking up on online orders. Kevin, who usually works back there, is awesome and offered drinks when the food was taking a while. Customers have had issues with missing wings in their orders, but the issues were promptly resolved with additional wings and courtesy items.
The restaurant is a popular spot for events like fantasy football drafts, with the MVP section providing a private and enjoyable atmosphere for groups.
