“This is my favorite Jimmy John's-the workers are always helpful and friendly, the place always looks clean, and my food has always been good. The best part is that the tea is always good! Thank you! The little John 5 meal is the perfect amount to fill me up for 7 bucks ?“

“I was misinformed that salads were served,but the host suggested a wrap. He pleasant, informative and professional. I really felt like he wanted me to enjoy my experience. “Idk why the ratings are so low here. I was next door having my trucked worked on and decided to get something to eat. Tried 5 guys (should have a lower rating) but the employee was too busy playing on his phone to acknowledge me standing at the counter even after I even ask him a question. So I made my way down to JJ. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I decided to try one of their new hot subs. After paying I forgot to ask for extra dressing and she kindly added it. Food came out quick and service was great. 5 out of 5!!!“

“I recently stopped into the Jimmy John’s at the Easton location, three minutes before closing. The employee James served me and gave me a very good hospitality and treating me as if they weren’t closing in 3 minutes. Most places employees have problems with people coming in late and ordering. But James welcomed me and treated me with the upmost respect. Will be back to this location again.“

“If I had $2 for every time they forgot bacon on my sandwich, I'd have about $12. The people are nice but if I'm not getting what I'm paying for constantly then what's the point.Edit: The staff are very nice. It outweighs the pain of bacon loss.“

“Just a terribly made sandwich. Almost asked for refund. Will chalk it up as a loss. One of the worst mistakes you can make with an Italian sandwich is to be greedy with the Italian dressing. My sandwich hardly had any dressing. Put a decent amount of dressing on our sandwiches! Stop being lazy and greedy.

Update** Ive raised my review. The service has been better lately and food delicious. Always good to use a liberal amount of dressing on the Italians subs guys because thats what makes the sandwich so good.“

“This Jimmy John's is not the best because normally there is only 1 employee working and they are generally not very fast at making your sandwich. However the food is good here and the location is perfect if you live on north campus so I'd give it a 5 star based on location and food quality, service is just ok.“

“I order from here from time to time. Today I was a little disappointed. Wanted to try the cucumber salad. That was awful. It was watery and some of the cucumbers were brown. Tzatziki sauce is not watery nor runny. I’ll stick to my Pepe with extra jimmy peppers.“

“Ealy in the morning, few minutes before opening, the staff didn't want to make me wait so they opened the door for me and took my order, very welcoming and friendly, they made me the best sub I ever had, didn't need any sauce on it, thank you morning staff!“

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but genuinely I had to say thank you and I really appreciated the way that their staff went above and beyond for me yesterday. I ordered through the app and was connected to an Uber driver that was on a bicycle that immediately started Messaging me multiple times stating he couldn’t take the delivery and to cancel it. I called Jimmy John’s after about a half hour of waiting and the gentleman who took the call was absolutely the nicest person ever. At first he offered that I could pick up the food Because it had not been stolen, and I explained I was seven months pregnant with two kiddos at home and really was not trying to leave the house. He immediately credited my account and re-ordered my food for me so I didn’t even have to try and mess with the app again. I was assigned a new driver and I got my food within 15 minutes. He was absolutely so kind and even wished me well on the rest of my pregnancy. Him even taking the extra steps to re-order it for me was really kind! Thank you guys again!“

Curtis is one of the best employees in my opinion! Every time ive interacted with him hes been so kind and he always makes my order right!“
