RUDE service thru Columbus, OH/ Polaris Pkwy drive thru !! Lost a customer FOREVER!!! Heard her talk to other customers same way. May be over-worked and understaffed, but still no excuse!!
This morning I went the one at Polaris and the person who is doing the window is helping the sandwich person. He is not using globes🤮. He is touching the food with out globes 🤮🤮🤮.
Jen and Darryl are THE BEST employees! It was my first time at a Tim Hortons and I couldn’t have asked for better service!
