Everything was absolutely perfect. Hannah and Izzy did a phenomenal job. The food was great everything was hot we received everything quickly. “First off, their small pizzas are only $10.And the food is subpar but it's good to go. The burgers and banging but the bread falls apart easy so it gets messy. Depending on who you get to serve you depends on the service, not all of them are nice. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting but there's no indoor seating service any longer.(i.e. takeout only)“

“It's a pretty good place to eat. The atmosphere, service, and food are pretty good, but I see room for improvement in all of these areas.
The staff sat 3 tables for the same server at the same time in the bar area. We were one of those tables, and it was hard for the server to keep up with everyone needing the same thing at the same time. This is a situation that experience and training could have avoided.
The food was incredibly hot when the brought it and the ravioli was quite oven toasted crispy on top... not what I wanted or expected, but not inedible and something many others would like.“

“We learned this evening that Parasson’s has pulled from their menu the Italian Wedding Soup and Chicken Alfredo. The owner stated his father didn’t have Alfredo on the menu and he isn’t either. As far as the wedding soup, the explanation given was simply, the kitchen runs out of soup at the most inconvenient times. However, our waitress said if enough request to bring the soup back, it will be brought back. BRING BACK THE WEDDING SOUP!!“

Now we drive 40 minutes just to get it!! The family who has ran this pizza shop for years, are so kind, especially the father and son!!! “Really nice stop for lunch today. To tell you the truth, we were taken back by the small menu selections. The atmosphere is very nice...a wine bar feel. We sat out on the balcony. Again... very nice. The food came out quickly and fresh. It was..... very nice. Get it? It's a very nice place. Nothing outstanding or over and beyond what you'll get elsewhere, but they do things well and the food is good. The prices are maybe a bit high, but you can say that everywhere right now. I had the fish and chips ($25). Lake Erie Walleye with an herbal aoli. It was great, honestly. That walleye dish is an example of why lake erie walleye has such a great reputation. J got the corner smash burger ($19). A double patty cheeseburger with aged cheddar. It was very juicy. The cheese was great. Sauce was very good. A really, good burger. Fries were also pretty good. Coleslaw.... very, very light. The perfect coleslaw for a fish dinner. I'll be honest with you here. I don't like coleslaw. I've never eaten more than a small bite at one time in my life. This was the first coleslaw in my 50+ years that I actually ate and enjoyed the whole thing. Finished every bite. So there's that! Would I go back. Absolutely! We enjoyed it! Would I suggest it to an out of town friend looking for something great and different? Maybe not.“

“This was a neat place to grab a bite to eat. It serves light breakfast items, lunch, and dinner. It has a full bar as well. After you are seated, you have to go to the register to place your order. There is coffee at the entrance when you enter. Service was pleasant, and the food came out quickly. It is a little pricy for lunch. For 2 people, we paid $82 for a specialty burger, shrimp and grits, devil eggs, and non-alcoholic drinks.“

One place that caught our attention was the Spaghetti Warehouse in Akron, located right next to the University of Akron. I first discovered it through DoorDash while picking up orders in the area, and since we’re big fans of Italian food, I suggested we give it a try. We decided to go there as a way to celebrate two special milestones—our daughter moving into her dorm and our son starting 7th grade. The moment we walked in, we were struck by the restaurant’s unique, nostalgic decor. It has an old boardwalk theme, complete with vintage arcade machines like the claw game and a love tester, which both my kids and my wife enjoyed. It gave the place a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. We were greeted and seated by our server, Jackie, who was fantastic throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Unfortunately, while looking over the menu, we noticed several items that were listed but not actually available, which was disappointing. For food, my wife chose to build her own spaghetti with the Pomodoro sauce—a blend of marinara and Alfredo—and she really enjoyed it. She also had the house salad with ranch, which she said was fresh and flavorful. My son built his own spaghetti with meat sauce and two meatballs, and he loved his meal as well. I decided on the 15-layer lasagna, which the menu described as “incredible.” Sadly, I didn’t feel the same—it looked a little burnt, tasted chewy, and reminded me more of a frozen lasagna than something freshly made. Overall, the food was hit-or-miss. My wife and son enjoyed their meals, while mine was underwhelming. The service, however, was excellent, and Jackie really made the experience more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a family-friendly spot with a fun atmosphere and decent spaghetti, Spaghetti Warehouse isn’t a bad choice. Just be prepared for a few menu inconsistencies and don’t expect every dish to live up to the hype.“
