“We ordered dinner to go there was a issue with one of our meals and called in spoke with Anthony he ask us to please allow them a chance to fix it we ordered a few weeks ago later he personally took our order and then comped our entire meal that’s Amazing Customer Service definitely appreciate this and recommend anyone to give them a try good food too!“

“We usually can't say enough good things about D'Agnese's. Today, 11/22/2025, we arrived at 2:50 PM. We were seated quickly and ordered 2 drinks and a appetizer at 2:55 PM. We watched other customers getting bread and drinks. By 3:21 PM with no further contact we walked out. We hope if/when we return things will be better. We were very disappointed in this experience.“

“My wife and I were traveling and stayed at the Marriot of Akron just 100 yards from Luigi’s. We had seen the reviews and pictures and decided to try it. Absolutely the best Italian food I’ve eaten in a restaurant in years. We had 3 entrees(because we wanted to try more), 2 salads, an appetizer and two beers all for under $65 before the tip. We loved the meat balls, pizza, and baked spaghetti“

“First time eating here! Nice place… we sat at bar… got the special flat iron steaks and potatoes! Bar tenders were great! Potatoes were over seasoned and the bartender got us another side! Great steaks… service and not expensive! Will be back! Eat here if you have a chance!“

“We had a really nice experience at Vaccaro’s Trattoria. The restaurant is spacious and can comfortably accommodate parties of different sizes. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, which we really appreciated, you can actually have a conversation without loud music in the background.
The menu has a great variety of options, from pasta and pizza to chicken and seafood entrees. We started with an appetizer platter that came with olives, hummus, and bread, and everything was extremely tasty. It was also surprisingly filling while we waited for our entrees.
For our main dishes, we ordered a pizza and the Diavolo pasta, and both were delicious! Everything came out well-cooked, flavorful, and fresh. We really enjoyed the food, ambience, and service throughout our visit.
Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Vaccaro’s Trattoria if you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant in the Akron area. Just keep in mind that prices are on the higher side, we spent around $70 per person, but the overall experience was very enjoyable.“

“I always come to this Piada and it is always good. This time around I ordered cannoli chips but did not receive them in my online order. I called and the situation was rectified immediately. The staff and manager were SO nice and apologetic about the mishap. The rest of our order was PERFECT. We will definitely be back :)“

Our meals were absolutely phenomenal. Nonna’s Lasagna, Erin’s Carbonara and the Special Manicotti dish. All So Delicious!!!

“Owned by a father and son, a mom and pop shop. Pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, calzone, burgers. Very tasty pizza, crunchy crust, new York style 👌🏼🍕freshly made. Very friendly owners, clean atmosphere, and quick service.“

“Went for lunch and it was everything I expected. My chicken alfredo was cooked perfectly. The chicken was seasoned just right and so tender you could cut it with your fork. The pasta was the excellent. Even bring a lunch portion I had more than enough to enjoy there and still bring some home for late night snacking.
The server was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Will not be waiting so long to go back in the future.“

“Food was so good! The artichokes were amazing, truffle fries were really yummy as well. The mixed veggies were great as well. My boyfriend got chicken alfredo and loved the chicken.
The bartender and food runner were super friendly and helpful. You could tell they cared about our experience.“

“We learned this evening that Parasson’s has pulled from their menu the Italian Wedding Soup and Chicken Alfredo. The owner stated his father didn’t have Alfredo on the menu and he isn’t either. As far as the wedding soup, the explanation given was simply, the kitchen runs out of soup at the most inconvenient times. However, our waitress said if enough request to bring the soup back, it will be brought back. BRING BACK THE WEDDING SOUP!!“

“First off, their small pizzas are only $10.And the food is subpar but it's good to go. The burgers and banging but the bread falls apart easy so it gets messy. Depending on who you get to serve you depends on the service, not all of them are nice. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting but there's no indoor seating service any longer.(i.e. takeout only)“

“I have no idea why so many people say bad things about this place. I've been going there for the last year or so and have absolutely zero complaints. The food prices are more than reasonable, the food quality is very good and I've never had one single issue with any aspect. People need to stop looking for perfection as they define it.“

“Not going to lie, we went there because starbucks was closing...how nice was it that there was a coffee shop/bar/cocktail spot not too far away that had wifi and a table with an outlet to setup shop.
We were able to finish our project have a few mocktails, chat with some of the locals and find a really chill spot with cool people and good music to get some stuff done and just hang.
We will definitely check this place out again at some point. But the service was great, food was awesome and so were the drinks.
If you are looking for a spot definitely at least check this place out if its not your style.“
