“My son and I were just at the drive thru a little after midnight. Service was great. Although a lady from one of the food delivery places. She not only cut I front of us and a few cars behind us. She got out of her car yelling over my car at Brandon. I lost count how many times she went to her car then came back to yell over my car. Brandon handled it well. Despite her being disrespectful and very unprofessional. Then she has the audacity to get pissy after her said he could not make an order he did not have. Then asked for his name. I’ve been there multiple times when Brandon and the Manager was there respectful every time. Unlike the day team. Anyway thank you Brandon and his Manager!“

“Benson Paige is a pup who has lived in a shelter for a whole year. Today is his last day on earth since he is being humanely euthanized tomorrow. A foster took him out and spent some time at Bloc, so benson got to finally cuddle up on a couch. He finally got to eat a whole plate of eggs, a plate of bacon and experience the good life- something he never got to experience before. Stevie the lead barista was incredibly kind and compassionate over the phone with me while I tried to coordinate getting benson a special treat and helped me make sure the foster & benson were taken care of and that he got to experience love. There are no words to describe my gratitude to them and thank them for providing a place for benson to be safe and loved. ❤️❤️❤️ can not recommend them enough for their customer service“

To be fair the tomato gallette was really good too, but the scone i didn't expect much from and was pleasantly surprised. Soups are some of the best I've ever had, sandwiches to die for, they have there own menu but can get what you want made, cant beat the specials!!! I ordered the iced girl scout latte and was very impressed with the drink I received. I brought my laptop with me to get some homework done and was very happy to find ample outlets and comfortable seating -- not as easy to find in a local cafe as you might think. It was quiet in the late afternoon but definitely started picking up in the evening as people transitioned from ordering coffee to the actual bar. All in all, there's a little bit of everything here. Good quiet vibes for some afternoon work, and a little more excitement rolling in during the evening. I wish I could have stayed and ordered a cocktail“

“Roth Street Coffee Shop has a lot of space, making it a great spot to sit and work. However, finding a parking spot can be a bit challenging. Also, when you order your drink, you have to wait and pick it up yourself, as they don’t offer table service. Overall, it’s a good place for working, but plan ahead for parking and grabbing your drink.“

Carus - I hope I spelled his name correctly gave us the tour and it was very informative and fun getting the chance to talk to him and ask as many questions as we wanted. It’s a neat little distillery with excellent products , a cool backstory and a nice bar area for excellent cocktails . “I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10, recommend this location! Thank you Samantha!“

“I’ve started patronizing Biggby for the last couple months. I stopped to get a coffee but was unfamiliar with the menu. The employees were kind, patient, and helpful. They let me know that all the drinks could be altered to meet my needs/wants. I often get the tropic without sparkling water-substitute w lemonade w zip. I have visited several other Biggby stores but this one without fail always makes it the best and my order is always correct. My daughter also has lactose intolerance an we have to sub regular milk for almond milk and we’ve never had a problem. The staff is always kind, pleasant, and efficient. I go to this store above others even if it’s out of the way bc I know I won’t be disappointed. I visit way too often and have never been dissatisfied.“

“I’ve been coming here for a couple years. It is a gem of a place. You cannot find better food for this price downtown or anywhere else in general. Every member of the team there is very friendly and has nailed customer service. Today I was inspired to write this review because I saw the chef making some French toast. “I shall tell you the tale of an office worker on the hunt for a delicious cup of coffee.
Every other week I report to the office in Covington. Luckily for me there was a cafe across the street from the office. This allowed me to support a small owned business and get a flavorful hot or iced drink in the morning and still be on time to work. One day without notice the cafe was closed. For sale sign outside the cafe and no explanation. Heart broken and distraught I didn't think I'd be able to get a morning coffee again. There are no other cafes close enough to the office for me to get coffee and arrive to work timely 😭.
Then, with the help of google, I found a new place in downtown Cincy not far from government Square. But for shame! On this particular day I went they were closed! I went to the next closest location because there's a few of them downtown. That one had a line of about 10 people 😩. By this point I was cutting it close to missing my bus and gave up on my hunt for coffee. I walked to the Tank bus stop and as I waited for my bus to come I saw a group of people come out of a building and everyone had coffee in their hands! I got so excited I ran across the street and into the building like a mad woman (passing the bus I was supposed to catch to get to work on time 😅).
And this is when I discovered Bad Penny Coffee Company! My life has forever been changed! The Iced Honey Lavendar Latte is delicious but that Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte? Heaven sent!! 🤤“

“This is my local kroger starbucks and the staff here are so kind! They always get my drink right and they are friendly and professional. Last year, my 5 year old daughter drew some pictures for the baristas because she knew we were coming in to get a coffee and a cake pop. They acted so excited and hung the drawings up on the wall! Now we see them every time we walk by and I just thought that was so kind of them. Will continue to frequent this location!“

“1215 is one of the best coffee shops I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting, and I make it a habit to go here at least once a week. It’s in the heart of OTR and is super convenient for anyone in that area. I’m on a first name basis with the baristas and ordering food/coffee from them feels less transactional and more human. They sell Deeper Roots coffee which is top notch, and I could drink their house blend for the rest of my life. They have a really solid selection of teas too. The place is not at all pretentious, and has a regular clientele that is relaxed and friendly - and the place is bustling but not too busy. The music they play is at the right volume and is well-curated - Americana, folk, 2000s indie, soft rock, blues. Around 5-6pm the coffee shop vibe slowly turns into a romantic and cozy wine bar with live music on some nights. The flowers on the tables are replaced by candles and the lights are dimmed. While I’m usually busier in the evenings, this tempts me to stay all day. Fantastic place that I cannot recommend enough!“
