Love this place — they seriously have me in a chokehold 😂
You have to try the banana bread chai iced coffee. Just make sure to ask for light ice.
And the turtle latte is absolutely amazing! It does get a little chocolatey at the bottom, so I recommend getting an extra cup of coffee and mixing it in… trust me, it’s next level 🤩

“Stopped in after a track meet with my track team as we stopped to grab some things for the road back to Cleveland. The welcome from the owner was amazing and hospitality by Howard and other workers made us feel welcomed. Also the food was good pizza very delicious. Would recommend and would stop again. “My girlfriends and I come here once a month for breakfast before we go and play board games all day. First of all, the food could be terrible but we’d still come back because the wait staff is so personable and friendly. But the food is also always amazing so that is a perk! It doesn’t matter who our waiter is they all seem to meander over to say hi. Always so attentive and genuinely seem like they’re happy to be at work. I can’t wait until our next visit.“

“Pretty loud guests. I felt like I should move to some people's tables since I was a part of their conversations. It was like a competition on who could talk louder by a few. Great, prompt service. Employees were extremely nice and accommodating. Fairly clean restrooms. Limited parking.“

Of course, we may be a little biased since we have attended Grace Fellowship for years and years, but it truly is one of our favorite places to go for a Saturday brunch! The atmosphere is so pleasant, clean, & cozy for us to have Bible study & just hang out!
The food is great and fresh! The breakfast sandwich is a go to for us and coffee drinks are great as well! Definitely recommend for any locals looking for a new place to get a coffee/food and enjoy the atmosphere!“

“I have been avoiding starbucks lately because they changed their oatmilk not to long ago and a lot of employees don't shake the oatmilk before pouring it into a drink leaving the drink tasting watery. But I went here in between jobs to get some quick caffeine. The dude working the counter didn't appear to be presentable and I didn't have high hopes, but he made a damn good drink. I'd come back to this location again.“
“I normally have very good experiences here but have recently been having an issue woth one of the employees, I believe her name is Rashumma or something similar. She's is not welcoming, never smiles and barely speaks to the customer. She seems as if she doesn't want to be there. I understand working retail is difficult but it isn't that difficult to be kind and respectful.“

“Well, I'm partial to Dunkin' so for me it's great. I feel like more places should have a Dunkin' in their store. This is a self-serve located inside the Flyin J travel plaza. They still carry their house brand for the non Dunkin' fans.“

“Placed my order online. The order was ready when I went to pickup. This location is a little tricky to get into and out of. The parkinglot and drive thru are small so watch for people and cars. The inside is nice, plenty of seating. I was not greeted whennI entered or went to the counter to pick up my order.“
“I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. Thanks for the pick me upper Sandy, because are by far the nicest person I have met in New Albany.“

When I mean these wonderful baristas are raising the bar & Setting the standards For third-party Delivery🫡 straight clutch💪🏾 I Had an add-on and they wanted me to double back to pick up an order when I was getting ready to literally pass the restaurant🙄 I accepted the order anyways, in hopes that they would have the order ready, A little earlier than expected which was A lot to ask for given the time of day 😅🙏🏾🙌🏾🙃 But when I hit that door and I seen that order Ready🤯🙏🏾🙌🏾 I did not hesitate to let them know how clutch they were !!!!! I’ve done well over 5000 deliveries and let me tell you!!! That has to be record breaking time!!! You guys rock! 😎“
