“Our waitress Kiaya was an excellent server, she took our order very promptly and offered us anything we needed before we needed it. She made sure my daughter and I started our day out in a lovely way!! We also appreciated the patio style room, it was excellent for us because we both have sensory sensitivities.“

“Very chill atmosphere. Food was delicious. I had The Godfather and it was on point. Wife had the million dollar croissant & she loved it as well. My server Shanda is the best. You can tell she loves to serve. Thank you First Watch for the great hospitality, great atmosphere and great food. We will be back. Sorry no pics were taken.“

“Great breakfast experience ! Maddison , our server was wonderful . Delicious food and great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place 😊“

“Walked in and the dining room was quite busy - sat myself at the bar to patiently wait for my server. My expectation of slower service today quickly vanished.

The servers worked in symbiotic tandem, with one quickly providing me a piping hot coffee while I waited the brief wait for my server Mariah. She made it the best Bridge House experience I've had thus far! Friendly and polite, coupled with an expeditious nature, she expertly navigated the busy shift as I enjoyed my meal. Even in the midst of a rush, Mariah did an amazing job personalizing the experience for me 🙂

Plaudits to the team today - y'all crushed it!! 🍻“

“Great place to eat, friendly an Michelle is the best 💕“

“Best roast beef sandwich anywhere! Great friendly service“

“came here to have a graduation photo shoot and every. single. employee. was so happy for my cousin and I that we graduated. Our own server said that even though she isn’t our mom, she’s still so proud of us. likeeeeee this isn’t just a waffle house, it’s a waffle home. I’ve been here several times before and also have never had an issue with food, cleanliness, other customers, or employees.“

“Excellent pecan waffle!“

“Both Waffle Houses within a 2 mile radius closed. Unsatisfactory. Phone message says they are not taking phone orders. But says they are OPEN. Mismanaged and Poor experience for the consumers“

“good day todayat the waffle house“

“I travel roughly 350 days a year for work and eat at restaurants in nearly every state. I've spent decades running corporate operations, hired hundreds of people from entry level through the executive ranks, founded companies, and worked as an IT systems engineer. So when I say Kiara, the assistant manager at IHOP #5521 on Colerain Ave. in Cincinnati, is the best assistant manager I have encountered anywhere, that judgment is informed.

She made sure I was taken care of from the moment I sat down. The food and drinks were consistently excellent, and her staff operated with a clear, shared understanding of the service standards she expected. What stood out most was how she handled her team. She spoke to them kindly and directly when she thought no one was listening, and her people respected her enough that they genuinely cared about doing the job right. That kind of leadership cannot be trained into someone. Most managers I've hired never developed it.

I came back to that location more than once specifically because of her, and because of the team she has shaped. Calling Kiara an asset to IHOP is underselling it. She has the skill and the will, and that combination is rare enough that any company I've run would have hired her on the spot. IHOP corporate should know what they have.

Thank you Kiara.“
