“Our first time eating at Dave’s. Food is delicious. This location is well run and the manager took good care of us and even gave my two sons shakes with Oreos and gummy worms. The chicken was juicy. We got medium spice and it was seasoned perfect and the spice level was great.“

“I am not from the fairlawn area, just stopped to this location for a quick lunch. I wanted to highlight an interaction I saw with Liz, who im assuming was a manager. There was a woman sitting behind us who wasnt enjoying her meal, and had some serious dietary restrictions. Liz went above and beyond for this woman. Getting her nutrition information, offering different food options, trying to find a solution for her to enjoy her meal within her restrictions. I probably watched Liz walk back and forth 10 times and spent close to 30 minuets, during the afternoon rush, with this woman to attempt to make her happy. Unfortunately this woman wasnt having it and then got upset when she was no longer hungry and wasnt willing to exchange her meal for something else. The lady was appreciative in the end for the time that Liz spent with her thankfully. I think at the end of the day, she wanted someone to talk to about her situation and Liz help provide that for her. While this is my first time at this location, I can tell that Liz embodies the chick fil a customer service model, going above and beyond.“

“Do not be turned away by the fact that this is inside a gas station, while that seems a bit weird, there is a real restaurant grill kitchen and someone making the food fresh. The food is phenominal. I doordashed three piece box with potato wedges, Honey Biscuits and jambalaya. The only negative thing I can say is that I didn't get the potato wedges. The chicken was hot and tasted fresh and juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. I love the flavor of the Cajun spices. The jumbalaya was pretty good, a bit dry but I think that was because it cooled down. The biscuits are insane.“

“We had the nicest ladies in the drive-thru today. We were passing through town and decided to stop. We were greeted and helped over the intercom, and then two ladies met us at the window and fell in love with our dogs in the back seat. They gave them popcorn chicken as a treat (yes they asked before hand) and it made our day. I hope they are recognized for their kindness and positive attitudes. 12/20/20 @ 3ish, y’all are great!
