“I always come to this Piada and it is always good. This time around I ordered cannoli chips but did not receive them in my online order. I called and the situation was rectified immediately. The staff and manager were SO nice and apologetic about the mishap. The rest of our order was PERFECT. We will definitely be back :)“

“Nermin, please give this woman a raise.
She belongs at a 5 star joint. Refills, smiles, table side boxing our food, etc... We felt like we were getting red carpet treatment. She felt like family. I cannot express enough the good AURA surrounding this lovely server. She has such a kind soul and made us feel like a priority. We will ask for her again next time. We have a disabled toddler that was at peace and at ease and he ate like a champion and I think it has a LOT to do with his vibe from our server, she was so personable and helpful and kind. I cannot get him to sit still, stop yelling or eat and today was some other child inhabitanting mine. He's so sensitive to his surroundings and this was such a good time.. he was so very relaxed and he loved his spaghetti.
We will definitely be back! The drive from Brunswick is worth it!“

“Best pizza in Barberton next to Tomaso's. Sauce actually has flavor. Bummed prices went up a little bit but still is better than chain pizza and worth it. Is my personal favorite pizza in Barberton. I've never had any of the pastas but have had the chicken and is great, ask for it well done.“

“I just celebrated my birthday here on Saturday in the Oakwood private room and want to thank you and you're amazing staff for doing such a great job with my birthday dinner. Everything was absolutely perfect. Hannah and Izzy did a phenomenal job. The food was great everything was hot we received everything quickly. Hannah and Izzy handled my large amount of guests so well. My guests even talked about how good of job they did and the reviews they will leave on Google. The space was perfect! “We had a large group 16 to 20, all on separate checks. The server was good, but it looked like his assistant was a trainee. With that large of group there probably should have been two seasoned staffers. This did lead to a delay in timely drink service. We probably all would of had another Complete round.
With such a large group the food did come out together.
I had the pasta Milano, $20. Though I still think everyone adds just a little to much oil to the dish.
The bread and oil was good, but it would be better with a plate of grated pecorino Romano.
Oh, location was hard to find in the dark using Google maps. It is just tucked into an odd location.

“Pitchfork wins on the full combo of atmosphere, service and unique food selection. It’s a great social vortex in a great hub. Great wine, beer selection, drinks, appetizers and more. You can come here for lunch, dinner or just drinks. If dinner on a weekend I highly recommend a reservation a day ahead of time.
Yes they tack on a credit card fee, I’ve seen some people complain about this but I am 100% in support of it. It also means there is an advantage to pay in cash, so pay the bill and tip your server in cash for the best overall outcome and know the credit card service is there if you need it.“

“Great doesn’t even tell you the level of satisfactory my time was here. I had a great time, I’ve had quick servious amazing food and the atmosphere was amazing. We asked for more bread and the assignment was understood. Are waiters name was Ellis and he made the whole place feel comfortable. There was also a nice guy that I didn’t catch the name of and was also very sweet.“

“First time ordering from Big Star thanks to a pizza group I’m in on FB. Expansive menu including pastas, salads, burgers yes burgers, some Greek options and other Italian options. I can’t wait to order from here again. The person taking my order was super friendly. Pizza came out amazing. Ordered the New York style with all veggies and a side of garlic dipping sauce. Also Not greasy either. Crispy and balanced. So so yummy. Ordered the breaded mixed veggies as well. Delish breading. Recommend.“
