He said “this wild berry crunch is amazing” like 12 times so we enjoyed it! Staff was super friendly and let me sample a flavor. Will come back during our next Cleveland visit.“

“Came here for dessert after a very nice meal at Square 22. They offer lots of options for great, homemade ice cream flavors. I tried a seasonal, peppermint ice cream and it was pretty good. I can see this place being very popular during the summer months! It was cold out when we went but they were still very busy.“

I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“

“Just ordered today threw my phone try to order at the kiosk but they don't really got all the cookies listed on their kiosk but when I ordered through my phone, they had all the cookies on there that they have on my phone app. I ordered the smores but was told they didn't have anymore the employee asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else.I said yea a brownie should be fine i waited 20 mins and then I asked, if my order what's almost done I was told by the employee that someone else took my order but, she did prepare a new order for me and gave it to me. She was very nice. An advise I got to say to management of this location and all of their locations that they should start checking customers phones. To verify that that's their order because nowadays nobody cares, they will just walk in and say, yea, that's them but in reality, it's not but, other than that, everything was good.“

The staff at 8:20 pm on aug 13 were so unbelievably fast and efficient. they were on the mark. lowkey a ton of people came in out of no where and they had it handled in seconds. you had to be there to truly understand how hard they were working. my blizzard was so fire, whoever made it put their back into it. it’s was the best blizzard i ever had.“

“This used to be dairy Queen. Hell with dairy Queen.. these guys need their own franchise. I'll take this over dairy Queen anyway. All the fried good were perfect. Ice cream is the best. “I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“

Parking: There’s parking on the street, but those spots might be taken. If they are taken, you can always park in the back parking lot, or on a side road“

“Crumbl Cookies leave you speechless.. I received a cookie for my birthday but decided to try a couple more flavors. I also shared w/my coworkers and now they are ordering them. They do change their flavors out every week and that is okay by me but I sure do hope they bring back the Oreo Mallow and Strawberry Crumb Cake yummy!! After that last morsel you will wish you had another and another. Best Crumbl Cookies ever! - Fantastic people, store is immaculate too! - I heart the Strongsville location!
