“It’s not bad for a cookie shop. I’m glad that they finally added one in Lakewood, I don’t have to travel to Westgate now. What I like about this place is how they seem to switch up their menu every week. Regardless of what the offerings may be, the cookies always taste great, no complaints there. “I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“

“Crumbl Cookies leave you speechless.. I received a cookie for my birthday but decided to try a couple more flavors. I also shared w/my coworkers and now they are ordering them. They do change their flavors out every week and that is okay by me but I sure do hope they bring back the Oreo Mallow and Strawberry Crumb Cake yummy!! After that last morsel you will wish you had another and another. Best Crumbl Cookies ever! - Fantastic people, store is immaculate too! - I heart the Strongsville location!

“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.

“Still the best Dairy Queen in the country. I come back to the city I grew up in to see that we still have the best Dairy Queen in the country. I know it's Dairy queen but it really feels like a local mom n pop store they way the staff knows everyone that walks in. And they also employ all the local high school kids still. I loved to see they are still doing the same thing. Oh and the manager Heather is by far the nicest person ever!!! She was so polite and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted even though I couldn't remember the name for the life of me. But she sat there helping me the whole time. So nice!! So helpful!! So awesome!!! You can also tell the staff working under her really respect n love her. I don't normally post reviews and only will do it when it is absolutely deserved. When a worker goes way above and beyond to help. Cause nowadays customers service has gone out the window. That's why when someone is as Good as Heather is I want to make sure she atleast gets some acknowledgment for it. She made sure this still stays my favorite location and the only one I'll come to.“
