“The hostess and bartender staff were friendly and helpful the moment we arrived. The wait on a Friday evening around 7pm was 30min. which was reasonable but we found two seats at the bar. We ordered the Korean BBQ Cauliflower bites for a starter and the Maple Old Fashioned and Social Sunrise for drinks. Then we ordered the Fish & Chips and Honey Miso Cod for our entrees. Every single thing we had was delicious! We would definitely eat here again and try other items! The ONLY thing that isn’t super convenient at this location is the parking.Parking: The area where the parking is located is limited and can sometimes be hard to find a parking spot.“
“We went to eat at Twin Peaks for our son’s birthday ( he chose it). We walked into a friendly atmosphere, nice bar and huge tvs everywhere. We got tall green beers for st. Patties day. Their beer tastes the best. They are always super cold served frosty. They are cold even after the frost is gone. We got the Peaks sampler for appetizer. In my opinion , it’s not worth 17 bucks. The food was good, but just didn’t seem worth the price. The dinners weren’t too pricey and they were served quick and hot. Our waitress Emma was fantastic , always checking in on us and making sure we were good. She did a great job. To top it off she got her other coworkers come over and wish him a great day“
“Polaris Grill never disappoints. Made a reservation for 7pm on 2/17/2024. My girlfriend and I were sat right when we got inside a bit before our reservation. The Jimbo shrimp cocktail was pretty good, but I could do without the bed of chopped romaine under the shrimp. The 6 shrimp were cooked nicely and they gave plenty of cocktail sauce. I ordered a Manhattan and a old fashioned. Both were pretty good. I don't care for orange slices in my old fashioned, but it was potent enough to keep my mouth shut. Not overpowering, rather a noticable amount of bourbon. My girlfriend got a Delmonico with, what I believed to be, a sort of potato cake and veggie medley. I got a filet Oscar style with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My steak was slightly under medium rare, but it wasn't enough to complain or send back for additional cook time. The Delmonico had a bit more fat than I would have cared for, but that's a ribeye for ya. We also got the creme brulee for dessert. The dessert was awesome with a great bit of caramelized sugar on the top, fresh strawberries and a loaf of whipped cream. It was overall a great experience. This is probably my third or fourth time going to Polaris Grill and it has always been great. I hope this place lasts forever. Thank you again Polaris Grill and Luke Chaney for the great service. See you again - hopefully sooner than later.“
“I recently dined at Surve for lunch and had a delightful experience. The small Caesar salad I started with was fresh and crisp, followed by a satisfying hamburger. Both dishes were tasty and served promptly. The restaurant itself was impeccably clean, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere.“
“The service here is truly remarkable genuine, warm, and refreshingly authentic. It's the kind of hospitality that makes you feel valued and welcomed. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the salad was just right. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, this will definitely be a must-stop destination for us.“
“I must say Delaney's Diner is in my top 5 list of all time favorite breakfast. The food is always good and the service is always 10/10. I wanted to stop in and get some breakfast and it truly made my day. Again the food is always fresh and the people are nice. Even though they stay packed they try their best to get people seated in a reasonable time. I alway get the big breakfast sandwich with hash browns and a pancake! If you are looking for a sign to try this place. Take this as your sign!! You won’t be disappointed. I look forward to going back and trying some of their lunch options.“
“I was looking for a good place to try afternoon tea and stumbled upon this restaurant. Asterisk has a very nice ambiance, with a dark academia look using books as menus and different pattern tea ware. You do not need a reservation to come here because there is a large shared table in the middle, but it is recommended for a smaller private table. The seats at the large table are very close together and personally do not want to be bumping elbows while I eat. The afternoon tea service was a joy. You can pick as many teas as you like and choose from a variety of finger sandwiches. The service is very good and the servers will explain anything on their menu that you need. The dinner menu has very nice options, but I was not entirely impressed with the flavor. I mainly come here for the atmosphere, but the food isn't terrible, just not amazing. I still recommend this place for an intimate meal or a joyful tea time.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options.Parking: There are parking lots a couple blocks away or street parking if available.Kid-friendliness: It is more of an adult atmosphere.“
“Outstanding everything! From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you have known everyone for years!Coffee never gets lower than halfway, and the Pancakes are absolutely out of this world!!! Others ordered the biscuits and gravy and were also in love.Expect a wait and as the staff and owners treat all that come through the door as the best of friends/ family. It's worth it!!!!“
“We came with what ended up being a party of 26 unexpectedly on a Saturday night after a high school cheer competition and the staff were able to accommodate us. We completely understood if they weren't able to do this, but they made it happen and we didn't have to wait. We were so grateful! It was so wonderful to enjoy a meal all together. Our server was excellent. More than excellent, actually. And the kitchen had our food out very promptly. We were there a little under two hours. Thank you so much for a great experience and the opportunity to spend quality time together.“
“Only reason I gave it 5 stars is so this can be seen. The food is mid at best, staff is decent. The MAIN reason I'll never be returning is because of candy (a server) we sat in her section and she just went missing multiple times. We sat with our food getting cold because we had no silverware and syrup. Then she comes back stinking of cigarette... after we already flagged down another server to assist us.“
“Makayla was absolutely wonderful!! I was having a bad day and she changed it around with her service and comfort. We come here weekly and there has only been one other person that truly made us feel happy and enjoyed their service!!Thank you so much Makayla!!!!!“
“Absolutely wonderful! I've had their baked treats at functions and parties but today was my first trip inside. Classic & nostalgic. The staff were so friendly and happy about my excitement. Beautiful wedding cakes being made alongside breads and cookies, doughnuts and eclairs. Support local and stop by and consider them for your next party. ( not pictured was the blueberry doughnut I must've misplaced lol )“
“Went here to eat brunch but they said they only do brunch on weekends. Service was good and I ordered tavern stack burger. It had tomato jam and it worked with other ingredients. We ordered corn bread for appetizer. It was really good too. Definitely will visit again to try brunch if i have chance.“
“This is a breakfast restaurant. So it's only open until 2:30pm. They serve organic food and interesting juice combinations. My favorite is the Trifecta. I get eggs, bacon, and a large Belgian waffle, all perfectly prepared and served on a large square plate. I also opted for a juice drink called a Mango Passion Palmer, a combination of mango and passion fruit juices with green tea with a lemon wedge. It was quite good. This is a good family restaurant with a selection that should appeal to kids as well.“
“Food is a generic steak house food, nothing spectacular, but all was good quality, and the calamari was delicious. The service was great even for our large party and the conplication of the check splitting. It's a good atmosphere, just not my normal “
“I have a soft spot in my heart for Eggs Benedict. If it’s on the menu at a restaurant I haven’t been to before, I have to order it.The serving size is excellent. They give you a lot of food. Ask for the homemade hot sauce, it’s legit. The Eggs Benedict is ok. The sauce needs more acidity - add more lemon! It’s smooth and buttery but under seasoned. My daughter had the Big Bite and enjoyed it. It’s a good portion of food. The buttered toast is delicious.Overall, the hash browns needed seasoning. I had them add onions and cheese to the hash browns. I think a little cook on the onions would have made them perfect. It’s someplace I would return to but I’d try something different. The service was excellent. Our waitress was kind.“
“Small but a hidden gem!! Fantastic menu selection, great service from family members, the food was absolutely perfect. Across from roush Honda in Westerville, I had no idea they were there. While abandoning a. W. H. With other patrons who were not even greeted, a kind woman referred the pancake house on schrock road. Thank you ma'“
“We came in on a humble and the food is fantastic. Wife had the biscuits and gravy and it was delicious. I had the French Toast and it was also very good and the syrup came to the table warm and that was clutch. It's a neat little place and the decor is cool. When in the area I'll definitely look to stop in for a meal. Our server Kristina was great.“
“My wife and I had a wonderful experience for our 10-Year Anniversary! Our server, Nick, was on point with every aspect of our needs while dining. The food was exquisite and service was remarkable! We got to experience, for the first time, our server preparing a Bananas Foster in front of us - That was awesome and it was so good!! Thank you for the amazing food and service!“
“This is a bar. They serve really great pizza. The cheese is so melty and there is so much of it. We loved it. Our waitress was attentive even though she was busy. There was some sort of PowerPoint meeting going on when we got there so it was just weird, in the middle of a bar at lunchtime this group doing a PP.“
“Love this idea! You can order one of their salads or choose your own ingredients. They chop it all up right in front of you. Can be rather pricey. So it couldn't be a daily lunch thing. But a great salad treat. I just wish there was one in Springfield, OH.“
“If I could give the food six stars, I would. I am often disappointed when eating out. I ordered eggs benedict and the bread was perfectly toasty textured and the hollandaise was delightful. Someone in that kitchen understands and cares about what they create.“
“Hudson 29 was so enjoyable. The restaurant has a very comfortable seating area you can relax in while they get your table ready. It’s just inside the door and across from the restrooms. They have lots of seats around the bar and a huge wine selection. I believe they offer around 100 choices of wine! However, I went with a cocktail. The Side Car was so tasty. The perfect blend of tart and sweet. I told Trinity, our waitress how much I liked it and she printed out the recipe for me! She was great at recommending drinks for us! The menu was easy to read through. You have plenty of options. Great appetizers, sushi, knife and fork sandwiches, salads and a list of entrées . We both had prime rib that was cooked perfectly! The horseradish cream was just the right heat and flavor. We both had never tried Colcannon Potatoes but loved them. We decided to split the Texas Sheetcake for dessert. Trinity split it for us which was so nice of her. The service was excellent. Food and drinks amazing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. I can’t think of one thing we didn’t love. There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant. They have outdoor patio seating too. I do recommend making reservations. It’s easy to do that online through the website.Parking: Park behind the restaurant!Kid-friendliness: There were kids here when we were and they offer a kids menu.“
“The food is always amazing, perfect. The staff is amazing. Big smiles, sincere hospitality. This Westerville location is a real gem, it’s busy, but not too busy. Some of the other locations like Easton can get very very busy.Vegetarian options: They are very vegetable forward with some of the dishes, if you eat eggs for breakfast, you are in. But they are always willing to customize.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten-free, and I eat high protein low-carb. Great options here.“
“Great dinner date with my son, easy to get into he shopping center (if not slightly confusing to find the entrance if you don't park in the right place). Our server was wonderful and attentive and our pie was delicious. Service was fast and great. Bathrooms were clean. ?“
“It was a really nice place and our server was great! She was really friendly and attentive. It’s a little cramped inside, but I imagine during the spring/summer it is much better when the patio area is opened up. I got the wings, and they were pretty decent. My friend’s steak was excellent, but another friend’s pasta was just alright. So, can’t say it’s a top spot for me or anything, but good enough that I’d go back!“
“City Barbeque exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of smoky goodness set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. The staff's friendly and attentive service made me feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful variety of barbeque options, each bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The cozy ambiance and clean surroundings added to the overall enjoyment. I left City Barbeque with a satisfied palate and a desire to return for more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch barbeque experience!“
“Just had there Chicken Pesto Panini, it was really good. The servings are very generous and the waitress was very nice. I had not been in over 2 years, but prior had wished they allowed dogs in there outdoor area. Not sure if they allow it now, but would be nice. It's got wonderful atmosphere for what I think is a nice local place.“
“The food is top notch and delicious, tastes like everything is freshly made daily, The Eye opener scrambled eggs, & the Avocado omelette are the best and huge quantity to start your day. I felt the hash browns was very plan, but with the freshly made Salsa it was too good. Overall best place to start your day with good food & friendly customer service.“
“Brought my whole family here thought to try something new. Was greeted on entry by the manager. He was very friendly and super helpful. Restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. The Brisket sandwich was great. My kids got the ribs and those were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend.“
“I love this place. The service and the food are wonderful. The atmosphere is a bit brighter than most pubs/ sport bars; I like that. Recently, I was there and a bit disappointed, only because they had a party in the back half that was entirely too loud. We, my table mates and I, could not hear each other talk, and hardly think. It was not a good a time. A suggestion to the management would be to not accept large parties, or at least screen off that section so the sound could be deflected. They have the best onion rings, and rueben sandwichKid-friendliness: Has a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Can get in, to the bathroom would be a challenge.“
“I stopped in because I've been craving a meatball sub and I saw the head one on the menu. I never got that meatball sub because it turns out they also have a pizza buffet at lunch time at a price I just could not refuse.I like the pizza very much, even though it is a thinner crust then I usually prefer. So two thumbs up there. The pizza buffet came with a soup that was good, and a salad bar that was also better than I expected. To top it all off, they have Coke products, my favorite.Needless to say, I was very impressed. My celiac daughter enjoyed the gluten free pizza today.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free pizza“
“Haven't been to a Waffle House in 25 years! Treated my 88yr young Dad to a good time, great food and exceptional empty coffee cups skills! Not much has changed...except that pay, for central Ohio? even better. $26+/hr?? SALUTE. I'm seriously considering going back to my roots, and applying!“
“Really good burgers and great salads. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews on the onion rings, there was a little too much breading which caused them to be a little too soggy. But it’s a burger place and the burger I got was delicious, would definitely go again for the burgers.“
“I have been looking for a good pizza since moving north from Clintonville and I have finally found it! I judge on pepperoni pizzas - it was thin, crispy and the pepperoni was perfectly cooked! Will drive to Westerville from Delaware Alum Creek area anytime! Also loved the Boneless Wings - very little breading and quality chicken.“
“My husband and I came here about a year ago for dinner when we were in the area. We sat out on the patio and it was a chillier night so we were wearing jackets. If I remember correctly, they did have heaters outside. I could not tell you what we ate, but I do remember that it was really good and that our waitress was attentive. We say all the time that we should go back so I may just plan that for us soon.Parking: I don’t remember seeing a parking lot, but we always just park on the street somewhere around the square since it’s free parking and we like to walk around the square after we have dinner.“
“Don’t go to this place. Service is the worst I’ve been involved with. Everyone in the tavern got up and left. No one came to our table and our server could not get 2 drafts from the bar. We put our order in and our server never came back. They are the “
“If you’re a fan of sports, it’s the perfect place to catch your game and watch others airing at the same time. The food is always great, and the best version of sports pub food and more. Lastly, if you are missing NE Ohio and a JoJo, this place is for you.“
“Super clean store tables being wiped off and not just "brushed off" the food was great but a little expensive and ya know inflation will do that.... not city BBQ's fault. But clean. Clean is such a big deal. Food was made fresh and came fast and the place wasn't that busy for a Saturday night. Only reason it got 4/5 stars was for price and selection of the sauces. There's only 3 kinds of sauces! But will go back for sure!“
“I liked the place. The old-fashioned burger I ordered was very tasty. So was the milkshake. The cake looks like it'll be very tasty, so I can't wait to try when I get back. The only complaint was that we didn't get our food till like 1:40 when we managed to get our reserved 1pm table early(because we were and they had room). Even then, I didn't get my burger till 1:55. But other than that, I enjoyed everything.Edit: They charge a dollar fifty for a slice of cheese, and don't tell you up front. Which I don't like. A dollar fifty for a singular slice of cheese is kinda stupid, but eh. I enjoyed the rest of it.“
“Amazing! It was my first time going to Crazee Mule Pub & Grill and I loved it a lot ?! The Service was great. The food was amazing and I got full. The atmosphere is a little on the older side but that's fine with me. Next time I go, I'm doing karaoke for sure. I love it? ?Kid-friendliness: Your Kidz are welcome as well.“
“This is a top notch Skyline chilli location, always clean and the staff is courteous. The food is what you expect and love from Skyline, and always done well.I am a fan of the ways ( 4 way, onion) and the coneys, my kids really like the chicken tender baskets with cheese for the fries.“
“The BEST Fish and Chips in the city. Period. I have been going to this location for years and it has yet to disappoint. They have outlasted many other restaurants in this area. Once you eat here, you'll see why. Easily one of my favorite restaurants.“
“I have yet to physically visit. It’s always been carry out. The meatloaf with the wild mushroom demi glace is something to sing praises about. That flavor is a masterpiece. Moist, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Now … let’s talk about that Mac n Cheese. What in the heck is that?? Less breadcrumbs, ok NO breadcrumbs and more flavor, more seasoning, more tang from some real cheese. Because right now? It’s a combination of sawdust and elementary school paste. I didn’t eat paste as a child and I don’t want to as an adult either. Please try again on that. If you can get meatloaf to taste delectable, you should be able to up your M&C game.“
“Ordered shrimp scampi for take out. It came w/a little side salad. $15.00 so a decent price for entree and side that we split for 2 of us. It was YUMMY w/9 medium shrimp. The linguini was perfectly cooked as al dente, spinach and halved cherry tomatoes were great with butter and garlic...just as it all should be. I did order a 2nd little side salad that was $5.00. I do believe that's too much for what you get. Should definitely be $2.50 especially compared to other places. It was very small, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and croutons. Need more veggies for $5.00, imo. We will definitely order the shrimp scampi again!“
“This is my go-to WH location. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Great food, great service, great prices.Parking: Parking lot is unfortunately sometimes blocked by Starbucks drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: Have taken my nieces & nephews here & they love it.“
“This was the first time I’ve been to Waffle House since the pandemic happened. The food was fantastic and really hit the spot. My server Susan was amazing. She had a good since of humor and was very polite. I greatly appreciate her service and the great meal! The dining area was clean and I highly recommended this Waffle House, Thank you!“
“First Watch is my go to place for meetings with friends. I have been going there every Saturday for years, and other days as well. All of the servers are pleasant. It does get a bit loud sometimes, but that's to be expected from a busy restaurant.“
“Stopped here by chance on our drive from Michigan back to North Carolina. My wife and I order cheese stick to start, she had boneless wings (Sunday's special) and I had the patty melt. The cheese stick came out hot and the marinara sauce was good. The cheese stick did lack some flavor by themselves though. The patty melt was amazing, a lot of flavor and a good portion size. My wife's boneless wings weren't bad but the wings breading lacked flavor, but the ranch she got with them was good.Staff was friendly and the service was fast enough though I think they were really busy. Outside seating was great as thr inside was pretty crowded and loud.Overall, great place for a stop over that had good food.“
“Definitely a great place to go! This was the first time at this location. They had recently updated the menu and now offered smaller portions. If you've never been before they have massive portions. The even have an option to split a plate with someone at your table (for about $3). I will say the smaller portions we're still a decent size so you don't have to worry about not getting what you paid for. Definitely a pub kind of atmosphere. Dim lights lots of tv's. Another awesome thing is the history of the restaurant. It's a family owned restaurant, the founding family is a Macedonian family. My family is Macedonian and we were really excited to eat at a restaurant owned and founded by Macedonians! Only thing I would say is we brought my 9 month old daughter and there wasn't really much for her to eat on the menu so just ended up giving her small pieces of our food. My 11 year old is a really picky eater and he loved the pretzel bites with cheese, and their kids cheeseburger with fries! I would say they are definitely kid approved! Staff was really great we took a little bit of time to get settled and check out the menu, our server was super understanding and give us lots of time but still making sure to check if we were okay.“
