“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“The food was quality, but could have more flavor. The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

“We used Mrs. Goodman's for our wedding cake last month. We gave them the inspiration pics posted below along with 2 photos of our wedding cake (the photos with the topper on it). We wanted the white roses from the one cake but the greenery from the other. We didn't get to see the cake until cake cutting due to my parents picking up for us. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!! They did so so well. It looked so amazing and tasted even better. They were also very affordable. Michele helped us go through the process and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. “So far I've had a banana cream pie and peach pie, as well as a chicken pot pie.
Both desert pies were excellent. Instead of the typical coin slices of bananas you typically see in a banana cream, this had long, thick slices of banana, ensuring plenty of just the right amount of ripeness. The cream was light, fluffy and flavorful.
The peach pie was loaded with ripe, but not mushy, peaches in a filling that was sweet, but not overwhelming. The crust was crisp and flakes with no hint of a soggy bottom.
The chicken pot pie had plenty of nice chunks of chicken and plenty of vegetables in a thick, but not pasty, gravy.
The only issue I had was that the bake time for the pot pie was insufficient for my oven. While the top crust was a little browned, the bottom and sides crust was just raw dough.
I did buy another pot pie and will try to adjust my baking time to see.if I can get it right.
Service was wonderful. Both times that I've been in, the employees were pleasant and friendly.
I will definitely be trying out their other pies in the future.“

Today we blew out the candles with a delicious strawberry birthday cake from Paris Baguette, and it was simply perfect. 🎂✨
The sponge cake was incredibly soft, the cream was light, and the fresh strawberries gave it that perfect balance between sweet and refreshing. Every bite tasted like a celebration.

“A long overdue review for Sweet CLE-‘bus! My family is obsessed with these pierogis. We have been countless times and they are consistently fresh and delicious!! And the rotating flavors keep things fun and give us something to look forward to every time we go. All of the flavors are incredible - you can’t go wrong! We’ve never had one we didn’t like.

We also love their local meats and their cabbage & doodles!! And of course I must mention, they have the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had 🤤

To the other commenter who mentioned that it was moldy in 3 days: as somebody who makes bread this is typical of bread without preservatives and other junk that they add at the grocery store. Also the fact that it's fresh baked means you need to take it out of the plastic and let it breathe before putting it back in.“
