“They are always friendly and even when I haven’t been in for months, the ladies that have worked there for awhile, remember me. They always make my coffee exactly how I like it and eventhough the salt for my drink is seasonal (Fall) they always order enough to last until the next season when all of the other stores are out. Makes me want to go there everytime I want Starbucks!“

“I stopped by here for the first time yesterday with my daughter, and I’m honestly grieving for all the lost past time that I didn’t know about this gem. I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind. I know we will be walking over way more often now.“

“Salma and Eli are the best! There was a rude customer in front of us who yelled at them both for having to wait when it was busy for 9PM! They were miles faster than the starbucks across the street and with it being like 5 degrees outside, they had it down!

For 10$ for 2 large Fizz drinks it’s a steal! So glad they brought 7Brew here :)“

Great place to get some words on the page, chat with neighbors, and learn all the latest sports-ball things. Now that the shop moved, it's even closer to my house! “My favorite place to decompress after work. I will take my book, have the greatest hot chocolate or matcha ever and be at peace. Staff is very kind and gentle, going on the contrary of a lot of places that have people that intimidate you while you are ordering for reasons like bad humor or just bad training. Here staff you look you in the eye, explain things if you are not very familiar and just be kind. I love the place. Several tables and sofas to seat and just enjoy, to work or study. Not to mention parking is pretty good! This is my to go place when I need time for myself.“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“First time visiting this cafe earlier today and it was such a lovely experience! 😊 Lots of coffee options, but the baristas were eager to explain what was available. I went with a simple cappuccino with coconut sweetener. Sooo good. (Can't speak to the pastries though.)
I camped out for a few hours to do some work on my laptop. No issues with the wifi at all; it was free guest wifi with no password needed. It was pretty calm (I went on a Wednesday afternoon/evening) with a quiet trickle of folks in & out. There's even a piano in the back that someone was noodling around on!
I loved the peaceful ambiance & variety of seating options, and later in the evening I switched to a couch to read my book. It's so nice to have a café open a bit later!! Also, one of the baristas kindly asked if I felt the lighting was too low to read comfortably, which was so thoughtful (I've never been asked that - I thought it was a good brightness!)
I've been to a lot of cafés, but this is definitely my new favorite spot. Delicious coffee, cozy atmosphere, and 10 out of 10 service. I'll definitely be back! ❤️“

“I should have asked her name, but whoever was at the drive thru this morning at 10:06am was great. Give her a raise. It was a very simple interaction, but she was genuinely nice, offered me sriracha for my breakfast wrap - which no one at Starbucks has ever offered - didn't even know Starbucks had sriracha - and she was subtly nice without going overboard. “Inside Target!! Quick service. Google maps doesn’t differentiate between the locations inside and out of target. I got the horchata latte. It was delicious. They do a great job. You cannot pay with the Starbucks app here! They will only let you use star points.“

“The employees are always some of the nicest and most patient people I’ve met, but any time I see or indirectly meet someone that reads as the manager type, whether of the coffee shop or the hotel, they never seem to be doing much of anything, always sitting around while their staff does all the work, even during rush hour. Granted I’ve only experienced this place during a rush once, but it still felt rude and I felt especially bad for the employees. Tip them well, especially if there’s only one or two employees working- which feels like their management cares even less about them.
And I think it’s going for some 70’s-90’s aesthetic? It really, really doesn’t work. Looks fine but way too forced, and I believe it has caused some convenience aspects to customers and staff to just be non-existent. As well, there’s only a single table indoors for seating, the rest is outdoor. This would be odd, but there’s not much customer space to begin with so I can see why that’d be difficult.
It’s a good place, and I’ve heard the rooms are super, their housekeeping crew sounds great, and their coffee is always a treat, moreso than the crimson cup closer to where I live. I just feel like it’s bogged down by higher ups I’ve seen around.“

“We’re from Dayton, husband wanted to go to Aquarium Adventure across the street so he stopped at this Starbucks for me to get some coffee and a strawberry creme frapp. The service was very good, everyone was wearing masks and were very cordial. I will definitely be back as we go to Columbus every weekend to scout out salt water aquarium stores for his hobby!“

“After a realllly long day and receiving some bad news all I wanted was some Timbits. After driving to two different Tim Hortons locations (one was out of Timbits and the other--supposedly 24 hr--was closed) I drove to this location and was really blown away with how GREAT the drive through attendant was! He was welcoming to my request at 12:30 in the middle of the night, asked my preference on my assortment and was really just a joy to interact with after such a rough day! I will only go to the Dublin Rd location from now on! Keep it up guys!“
