“They are always friendly and even when I haven’t been in for months, the ladies that have worked there for awhile, remember me. They always make my coffee exactly how I like it and eventhough the salt for my drink is seasonal (Fall) they always order enough to last until the next season when all of the other stores are out. Makes me want to go there everytime I want Starbucks!“

“I stopped by here for the first time yesterday with my daughter, and I’m honestly grieving for all the lost past time that I didn’t know about this gem. I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind. I know we will be walking over way more often now.“

Great place to get some words on the page, chat with neighbors, and learn all the latest sports-ball things. Now that the shop moved, it's even closer to my house! “My favorite place to decompress after work. I will take my book, have the greatest hot chocolate or matcha ever and be at peace. Staff is very kind and gentle, going on the contrary of a lot of places that have people that intimidate you while you are ordering for reasons like bad humor or just bad training. Here staff you look you in the eye, explain things if you are not very familiar and just be kind. I love the place. Several tables and sofas to seat and just enjoy, to work or study. Not to mention parking is pretty good! This is my to go place when I need time for myself.“

“From now on, we will always go to this location. Wonderful and kind service. After ordering from the wrong Stringtown location and realizing the other had a Field of Dreams like line, we hopped back on the highway and headed to the location at the next exit (this one). My husband mentioned our saga and how we were sad to not be able to cancel the order we’d placed. The wonderful staffer COMPED our drinks and assured us that such things happened often. “This cozy little coffee shop in Clintonville has quickly become one of my go-to spots when I need to get a bit of work done or just take a break and recharge. The coffee is consistently solid, with a nice variety of brews and espresso drinks that never disappoint. They also have a small but well-curated selection of pastries that really hit the spot—especially if you catch them when they’re fresh. I’ve tried several and have yet to find one I didn’t enjoy.

The service is always friendly and efficient. The staff seems genuinely happy to be there, which adds to the overall vibe of the place. They keep things moving quickly, so even if there’s a bit of a line, you’re never waiting long. Parking is surprisingly easy for Clintonville, which is a huge plus, and once you’re inside, it’s a comfortable space temperature-wise—cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the seating. It’s not the most spacious layout, and some of the chairs/tables aren’t ideal for longer visits. That said, the fast and reliable WiFi makes up for it. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

It was a very simple interaction, but she was genuinely nice, offered me sriracha for my breakfast wrap - which no one at Starbucks has ever offered - didn't even know Starbucks had sriracha - and she was subtly nice without going overboard. “My four year old son and I met my cousin here for a coffee date on a Tuesday at 10 a.m. There were only 2 red velvet cookies for sale and my son loved them, the other two were chocolate and he didn't like them, I took them home and the other kids didn't like them either. My son was def being a high energy boy that day and I felt relaxed and welcome even tho he was rearranging furniture and jumping around. There were other kids running around/crying, etc....so it's a good place to go with littles. My cousin mentioned that the gal who waited on her didn't smile or seem very friendly ....the gal who waited on me was very friendly tho and smiled and chatted....we bought our coffees separately, from different staff. My coffee ( almond joy) was really good and I thought the price was also really good. All in all it was a fine experience, didn't blow us away but wasn't bad at all either. I'll prob try them again ( it's half way between my cousin's house and mine) and see what we think about our second visit. Parking was easy, it's free street parking, in a cute, clean, old downtown looking part of town.“

“I work very close by and come to the Starbucks in the target pretty often, they are always very nice! They are really quick on gettin your drink finished. They had a sample of the Cinnamon Dulce Latte when I walked in and OMG was so good I had to get it instead of my normal.“

“The employees are always some of the nicest and most patient people I’ve met, but any time I see or indirectly meet someone that reads as the manager type, whether of the coffee shop or the hotel, they never seem to be doing much of anything, always sitting around while their staff does all the work, even during rush hour. Granted I’ve only experienced this place during a rush once, but it still felt rude and I felt especially bad for the employees. Tip them well, especially if there’s only one or two employees working- which feels like their management cares even less about them.
And I think it’s going for some 70’s-90’s aesthetic? It really, really doesn’t work. Looks fine but way too forced, and I believe it has caused some convenience aspects to customers and staff to just be non-existent. As well, there’s only a single table indoors for seating, the rest is outdoor. This would be odd, but there’s not much customer space to begin with so I can see why that’d be difficult.
It’s a good place, and I’ve heard the rooms are super, their housekeeping crew sounds great, and their coffee is always a treat, moreso than the crimson cup closer to where I live. I just feel like it’s bogged down by higher ups I’ve seen around.“

“After a realllly long day and receiving some bad news all I wanted was some Timbits. After driving to two different Tim Hortons locations (one was out of Timbits and the other--supposedly 24 hr--was closed) I drove to this location and was really blown away with how GREAT the drive through attendant was! He was welcoming to my request at 12:30 in the middle of the night, asked my preference on my assortment and was really just a joy to interact with after such a rough day! I will only go to the Dublin Rd location from now on! Keep it up guys!“
