“The food is ok the portions are decent but I got pad Thai and the noodles are all wrong. Usually this is made with wider rice noodles. These are super thin and everything was super pale like there was no sauce. I'll try again but not this dish for certain. My husband said his wor su gai was ok. We got no sauces and only one fortune cookie. Kinda meh about the whole experience.“

Staff was over the top nice and the worst part of the visit was deciding what to order because EVERYTHING looked delicious from the huevos rancheros (which I got and highly recommend) to a plate of nachos that could feed a small army to the breakfast burritos our group ordered they were all fantastic. Topped my huevos off with the best cantarita I've ever had. This is going to become a new regular place to come for sure. Such a varied menu --will take us a long time to try everything. Make sure to try out this new gem in Powell.“

“We just had our first breakfast here. It was delicious. But I have a suggestion: serve THREE pieces of bread for the French toast instead of two. It looks sad on a plate to bring out such a small order. Raise the price to pay for the third slice of bread. I'd feel much fuller if I'd had more delicious French toast to eat. Or offer a two slice version, and maybe a 4 slice version so you have choices.“

The wife enjoyed her glazed salmon, along with her potato pancakes appetitizer (she loves these). The Cap City Spatzle was very good and I would have it again. Matt our server had some excellent recommendations on food and wine that led to our further enjoyment and he kept close watch over us throughout our stay. “tldr: awesome spot for traditional Chinese dishes and flavors, don't come for the Americanized general tso's, sesame chicken, etc. Ignore the whiny reviews from sad vegans.

This place has gone from traditional Chinese, to vegan, to exclusively ramen spot, and finally back to serving traditional Chinese dishes with some remnants of their ramen only days.

This is one of the few spots in the Columbus area where you can get good to great tastes of various regional Chinese foods. I really hope they stay in business and can continue to be a rare bright spot amongst all of the American-style Chinese restaurants.“

“We love this place! My husband and I have been here a number of times over the years, and it has always had a warm and inviting atmosphere with really great food. We’ve had all the broth options, and they are all flavorful and comforting (although chicken mushroom is my fav). The meats are good quality, and the amount you get for the money is pretty good.

Lately we have been going back for the soup dumplings which are made fresh to order and worth the wait. We’ve had both the chicken and pork, and both are delicious.
