“The food is ok the portions are decent but I got pad Thai and the noodles are all wrong. Usually this is made with wider rice noodles. These are super thin and everything was super pale like there was no sauce. I'll try again but not this dish for certain. My husband said his wor su gai was ok. We got no sauces and only one fortune cookie. Kinda meh about the whole experience.“

It looks sad on a plate to bring out such a small order. Raise the price to pay for the third slice of bread. I'd feel much fuller if I'd had more delicious French toast to eat. Or offer a two slice version, and maybe a 4 slice version so you have choices.“

“We love this place! My husband and I have been here a number of times over the years, and it has always had a warm and inviting atmosphere with really great food. We’ve had all the broth options, and they are all flavorful and comforting (although chicken mushroom is my fav). The meats are good quality, and the amount you get for the money is pretty good.

Lately we have been going back for the soup dumplings which are made fresh to order and worth the wait. We’ve had both the chicken and pork, and both are delicious.

“This restaurant is a bit of a hidden gem. They have terrific authentic Chinese cuisine, in addition to American-Chinese food. I had appetizers of jellyfish and drunken chicken and both were delicious. For my main, I had pig intestine with preserved mustard green and bamboo (along with red onion) and it was simply terrific! The portion was extremely generous, hot, and perfectly seasoned to my liking. My co-diners reported their Orange chicken and Malatang soup noodle were also outstanding. I also like the way their menu is organized around flavor profile or main flavoring ingredient, which makes it easier for a non-reader of Cantonese to understand entrees on offer. “Quirky atmosphere with great food. My son got the French toast and it was so good. It was French toast bites, so a crisp to it and delicious. I got the brisket omelet, the portion was huge! Not a huge bean person but the black beans in this omelet were so well cooked and well seasoned. All around good quality and taste and looks of interesting decor to look at. “The only downside is that this restaurant is seriously noisy during the busy times.

The food is good and interesting. There's a lot on the menu I don't see every day. The salads are good. The salmon is great. The potato salad and onion rings are excellent. The house beers are very good. I do not recommend the half chicken, it's very plain. The price is very good for the quality and quantity of food I get.

I eat here regularly and the staff are friendly and personable. They remember me and always make me feel welcome. Turnover is very low.

Other than the noise, the only other issue is that parking close is sometimes hard to do. I've always been able to find a spot, but sometimes it's a trek.

The decor is nice and unique. The gift shop has some fun things in it.

I've taken friends out to eat here and it's been a good time. It's a place to take some time and relax. It's not a place to go if you are in a hurry and simply looking for quick bite.“
