“Second time here after a couple of years and am so glad to see it have expanded to more options for savoury/ nutritious foods as well as their delicious pastries. It’s giving “Luna” but with a more modern and minimalist style! Happy to have brought my mum since the pastries are always great.

The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings“

Along with pai au raisen… apple tart, cinnamon raisin bread beyond belief! “Just ordered today threw my phone try to order at the kiosk but they don't really got all the cookies listed on their kiosk but when I ordered through my phone, they had all the cookies on there that they have on my phone app. I ordered the smores but was told they didn't have anymore the employee asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else.I said yea a brownie should be fine i waited 20 mins and then I asked, if my order what's almost done I was told by the employee that someone else took my order but, she did prepare a new order for me and gave it to me. She was very nice. An advise I got to say to management of this location and all of their locations that they should start checking customers phones. To verify that that's their order because nowadays nobody cares, they will just walk in and say, yea, that's them but in reality, it's not but, other than that, everything was good.“

“I recommend the cream cakes. They have traditional flavors such as lemon, blueberry, cherry and nut.....but every once in a while you might see a chocolate with apricot. Usually around the fall football season. The little cakes are only $3.00 each. I love buying them on Saturday. It makes a perfect match with a cup of coffee.“

“The Prestis I remember is from 1987 it was known as Prestis Donuts. It was located further down, a corner shop that remained open 25/7, the reason being… the shop had no doors to lock. Yes, it was a donut shop (I think cannolis too) and not a sit down place. Best donuts in Cleveland, be it 2 AM or 2 PM.

“I had high hopes for Bella Luna, touted as the best spot for empanadas in the city, but my experience was nothing short of dismal. From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with a shocking level of rudeness from the cashier, who also happened to be the cook. His attitude was appalling; it felt as though he was genuinely irritated that we dared to enter the establishment.

Every interaction was a struggle, as he mumbled out responses that left me wondering if he even wanted to be there. When I asked about the menu, his dismissive reply about the lack of Spanish rice was almost enough to make me walk out before placing an order. It’s hard to believe that a place with such a reputation could deliver such terrible customer service. I drove all the way from Akron, expecting a delightful meal, only to be met with disgust and disdain. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a welcoming dining experience.“

“Nadine did a Paw-Patrol themed cakes for my twin girls 4th birthday. She did a fabulous job!! My twins were sooo surprised and very happy!! Nadine was very helpful and kind from the minute we walked into her shop. I called first to make sure she could do a Paw- Patrol themed cakes, she had the declaration ready to show us. She also had great visions in her mind, she definitely executed her vision. The cakes were very fresh the icing was not too too sweet it was light and fluffy, the cake tasted great!! 😋 I will use her again when I need a cake. I would also definitely recommend her. The cake was done on time and also within a few days notice, which I greatly appreciated.“

“I'm giving this place 5 stars bc I believe the tres leches is one of the best in the country, absolutely best in CLE. You get a ton of the milk sauce which I love, it's a very generous portion, and it tastes amazing. The whipped cream on top is actual cream, so there's no weird aftertaste that you get with cool whip. My favorite is the strawberry version , the tartness of the strawberries perfectly cuts the sweetness of the cake/milks. I can't recommend it enough!

“Absolutely beautiful and delicious cakes! Shae made a beautiful cake for my son’s first communion. She is very professional and prompt. She delivered the cake on time and made sure to give us instructions and a box to transport once the event was over. The cake was a great hit and made our special day complete. This was my first time ordering and tasting her cakes and I’m so happy I chose her to make our cake. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from her.“
