“We traveled 30 minutes away to try their food and we’re NOT disappointed!! The esthetics were bright, vibrant and fun. The establishment was clean! The owners were friendly and welcoming! They have a large variety of tasty food and treats! My family and I tried the Ultimate Nachos and 12 flamin hot wings with fries. Let me tell you… those nachos were delicious and could feed about 3 people. The wings were spicy and had what seems to be a small hint of sweetness which balanced it out nicely!! We dined in and watched a fun movie on the tv on the wall. The Strawberry lemonade was fire! I should have taken one to go. Oh! Please make sure to get the Strawberry Pudding too!! Long story short, short story shorter… we will be returning customers!!“

“I tried their Philly cheese steak. I didn’t expect much from a fast food chain, but don’t sleep on this sandwich. You get plenty of meat, cheese, onions, and peppers. It’s also seasoned well. “I love this place! Me and my partner eat here all the time. As a person who recently stopped eating meat, this is my favorite vegan restaurant. The food doesn’t make a difference if it’s vegan or not, it’s just good food overall. I’m working my way to try everything on the menu but my faves are the vegan pepper steak & rice and the vegan chilli on Wednesdays. But I enjoy everything on the menu so it just depends what you are in the mood for. Omg can’t forget the lemonade! Yum

We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome.
