“Absolutely love doing our celebrations at LockKeepers! We've celebrated our Birthdays and anniversaries here through the years and it was always such a wonderful experience each time! Jackie was the best server! She really took good care of us and made sure we were happy during and after our meals. She's absolutely the best server one can ever hope for! “Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We ordered some Pantry snacks (a must do), Walleye, Fried Chicken, and Butterscotch Pudding. Every bite was perfect. We were heartbroken losing both Lola and Greenhouse Tavern due to Covid, (and we still are) but Cordelia is the kind of restaurant that can make East 4th a go-to dining spot for us again.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“Amazing find in our trip to Cleveland. My wife and I always seek out the best local, independent brewpubs on our trips, and Bookhouse is near the top of our list. The Irish Red was excellent. Atmosphere felt like I was in a common room at Hogwarts. Full of warmth, great staff, friendly people, and great vibes, the history of the building was a surprise bonus.
The fact that Bookhouse is LGBTQ friendly- and this is coming from an old cis straight guy- made it all even better. Long live love, great community, diversity, and great beer!“

“Food was consistent with past experiences - some of the best sushi in Cleveland. We had Edamame and miso soup to start, 6 pieces of nigiri (must get seared salmon belly), and shared 3 cut rolls. Sake selection is quite good - opted for a mid tier 300ml bottle which was bright and exciting. Ambiance is good at the sushi bar - recommend sitting there if dining alone or with one other. Bathrooms could be improved (granted this is not revenue generating for the restaurant, but it felt like and afterthought compared to the rest of Ginko.)“

“I don’t even like beer, but I liked many of these beers! The strawberry pineapple wheat beer and the Mexican lager were among my favorites. The food was also quite good here. Wish we’d eaten another meal here instead of some of our other choices. Definitely a place you want to go if you spend time in Cleveland.“

“The flavor is definitely there. This was a Uber Eats order. I ordered the oxtails and the curry shrimp, The oxtails were Well seasoned. The curry shrimp was very good. I like the fact that they clean their shrimp. I also got a side of greens. They were OK. I also got the Jerk chicken pasta, which the flavor was there however it did not look like the picture on Uber Eats.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. The only thing I would say is they need to work on the presentation when I got the food it was in a grocery bag with the greens on top and the green juice leaked down to all the items on the bottom.
Also, the carryout containers did not hold heat so they were very hot on the bottom.
Other than that, I would definitely recommend“
