“My visit today was on a Sunday at approx 6pm or so. I accidently placed the wrong Sundae order and was willing to eat it anyway, but I thought what the heck I'll just be honest and explain what happened. The staff was nice enough to correct my order and offer the Turtle Sundae I desired which was delicious as usual.

Plus - The ice cream always tastes delicious; the service is fast and excellent every time. Even if the line is long it always moves fast. The temperature in the dining area is always comfy whether it is hot or cold outside. The dining area is always clean. Lots of delicious flavors and speciaty items like shakes and sundaes. This has become my fave ice cream spot in NEO.
Minus: Approx 6 unruly, loud, disruptive youth arrived near the end of my visit. I wanted to escort them right out the door, fortunately they didn't stay long. Perhaps this is a new trend in Solon because a similar thing happened in nearby Chick-Fil-A Solon a few weeks ago. Oops I spoke too soon, the bad kis came back :(“

“Brassica in Shaker Heights was such a good find while visiting a friend. I went twice in one trip, that should tell you something. Got the salad bowl both times with hummus and basically loaded it up with everything, and it just works no matter what combo you put together. Tried the chicken on one visit and the brisket on the other, both were fabulous. Fair warning though, the brisket is subject to availability, so don't count on it being there every time.
Do yourself a favor and order the fries at least once even if you're trying to be good. They complement the bowl perfectly, and throwing a few fries right into the salad is genuinely a great move. Also have to mention the beer selection. Good local options and reasonably priced, which is a nice touch alongside the food.
This place earns the trip back any time I'm in the area.“

“Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). “We had a great experience at Sand Pebbles! This was my first time there, on Christmas Eve. We arrived an hour and half before closing and very hungry. They did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious, the service was excellent and extremely polite. The Fire Cracker Shrimp appetizer was excellent and a very generous portion. I had Drunken Noodle which was very flavorful and fresh. My husband had the Sand Pebble Fried Rice, topped with chicken and shrimp. Everything was delicious! Happy to have them in the neighborhood!
