“We go to McAllisters often. I always get the rueben but my husband always tries something new. He has not had anything he didn't like yet. We get a regular spud and share it. The service is always good and fast. The staff is always nice and friendly. I love their sweet tea and the lemonade is good too.“

“Oh my goodness this food is the best! I put only 3 stars for atmosphere because they need all new furniture, what they have is kinda falling apart, but don't let that stop you from eating here! Everything is homemade and absolutely delicious! And the serving sizes are huge! Pricing great too! We will definitely be making this a frequent place to eat! The waitress we had was so sweet, the cook... what can I say she knows how to cook! Awesomeness go try it!

“I have been going to the Factory since they opened in Austin town. Used to get the meatbal with provolone. They have changed that sandwich. Used to be thick slices of meatballs, I think their bread/buns are so fresh. A lot more meat & cheese than "other" sub shops. Boardman S Factory is the best. Just went today for a 1/2 of #5 and 1/2 of #16 Italian.“

“Tried the Pickleball Club today and it was awesome! This was my first time since subway started Slicing meat in store and you could definitely tell a difference in the meat, much better. The young ladies working were awesome and made me laugh on a busy, frustrating day...it was needed, and I may have found a new favorite Subway sandwich.“

“Stopped by late for gas and a Subway plus a snooze. Pump receipt didn’t print. Not a positive experience attempting to retrieve one. Though kudos to management for a pleasant conversation.Subway’s computer isn’t functioning so it took multiple attempts for staff to try to charge the card after their scan of the Loves app. Manager did help ensure the purchase was deleted prior to trying a different machine.Bathroom clean. Lots of parking available for pit stop patrons and weary travelers for a snooze.

“The food is good ....what is this tipping on carry out...the owners needs to pay the employees more ....its different if your in a restaurant and a waitress works for hard for the tip and I tip very well....today I spent 46 dollars on two sandwiches and drinks ....the girl at the counter took my order reach behind the counter and put it in a bag....is that worth a ten dollar tip tell me....when I work for a carry out restaurant I never got a tip..I just did my job....now if I go to McDonald's do you tip there....its the same thing“

“Ordered the original Italian and only got ham and salami on the sandwich. But, that's not the worst part! The guy that owns it thought it was ok to serve me moldy meat! I had to throw the whole thing away! I have pictures too!****Update****I stopped into the store to speak with the owner and he showed me that there was in fact all 3 meats on my sandwich. And he made me a new fresh sandwich and apologized for any inconvenience. I gotta say that a lot of places wouldn't have addressed this as quick as he did.
