“Went here to pick up a mobile order, drive-thru was down so everyone had to go inside to order. It was busy, to say the least. However, the manager and his staff (sorry, didn’t get his name) handled it very well! Apologized for the wait, and even gave me an upgrade on my drink and offered me a free dessert. Just wanted to make sure someone shouted them out for their service today! It was really appreciated!“
“I don't get to this location very often. Never had any issues. Todays visit started bad but got better at the end. Took quite a while to get my order. But I would like to say Thank You to everyone that stepped up to get my order redone so I didn't have cold food! I won't let 1 bad time ruin other visits. Thank you from the FedEx driver!!!“
