“I went through the drive-through. I had pre-ordered through the app. There is an automated smart screen that takes your order. The mic is clear, and the system is very comprehensive. In my previous experience, it was very good at deciphering what is said, including menu retraction or adjustments. I told it I ordered online and was immediately connected to a person. I asked for no ice in my drink. Generally, I get everything as ordered. However, this time, there was ice in my drink. It's not that big of a deal. Overall, I rarely have an issue at this location. Staff are proficient and kind.“
