Tim Hortons in Hilliard

“This is by far the best Tim Hortons around. Staff is always super friendly. They are always open during posted times, unlike the other locations. My cappuccino is always perfect here! The other locations don't refill the machine so it often is a waste since it tastes watered down. Whomever runs this location does so exceptionally well. It's the little things; like making sure my to go drink has a lid that closes and making sure that the hot drinks have a sleeve or a drink carrier, without having to ask. ?“

“The drive thru here is truly amazing. I don’t know his real name, but R Money does a fantastic job. He is always upbeat and funny. He is one of those rare individuals who own his job and makes the customer experience better. I have never had an incorrect order here. Coffee is always hot and tastes fresh. Today my daughters’ frozen lemonades were perfect too.“

“I'm not usually a Tim Hortons goer, but two days in a row this week got me two consistent days of service.
I needed a last-minute take twelve for a staff meeting on Friday. I called the store, and the girl was immediately pleasant and had the order ready when I arrived.
I went through the drive thru this morning on a whim and was greeted with the same energy and pleasantries; she also made a perfect drink.
I believe she is the GM at the store, so kudos to a young girl with a good attitude constantly.“

“great service, friendly staff. on every visit, I notice that the staff is working hard and really care about doing their job well. they recently thanked me for having patience--which is wild! I don't mind waiting for fresh coffee or whatever. I treat people with respect and hope other customers are treating them well too. I like this location a lot and will continue to visit regularly.“
