The floral arrangements, which they did in-house, were absolutely gorgeous and added such a beautiful touch to the space. Elizabeth, the event coordinator, was a dream to work with—she was quick to respond to all my questions, offered wonderful suggestions, and made sure everything went smoothly. We hadn't been there for several months over the summer, but I am happy to say that dinner this evening was right on par.
Cheddar burger cooked perfectly, fries hot and fresh. Teriyaki chicken flavorful, veggies perfectly al dante. Not to mention the garlic cheese bread! Always a favorite.

“Came in at the end of the day with 6 people. We thought it was open till 11pm. Got there at 815pm, they sat us and was very friendly. Food was delicious, service was fantastic. I felt guilty for coming in so late that I left her a hefty tip. They close at 9pm, we were out by 9:05pm. We made sure not to leave a mess.

“10 of us met for lunch and we all had delicious meals. The service was excellent. We were not rushed, as we were talking and enjoying the afternoon. Ruben was pretty good. The gyro was the favorite of all. Chicken wrap was very good. Definitely recommend!

They have allergen guides on the serving counter glass for both the servers & the customers so that was a nice touch“

She really took the time to listen to my needs and ideas and never made me feel rushed during our lengthy conversation. My interaction with her has truly been the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time, and I am extremely grateful! If Emily is an example of the quality I can expect from Bucci's J Bella, then I know the party will turn out to be perfect! I will write a follow-up review after the party in December and, based on my interaction with Emily so far, I expect it to be another 5-star review! “We had our team dinner at Winking Lizard. We walked in with a group of 40 people. Our wait time for tables was less than 20 minutes. The two servers we had were awesome. The food came out hot and pretty quick. Shout out to the manager working today, she was on it!“

“This place is great! My husband and I went here for dinner a few weeks ago, and I meant to write a review much sooner. We recently discovered their “freedom fries”. Those things were a game changer! The selection of sauces is stellar and there seems to be something for everybody in them. The first time my husband and I went, this is what we got. I had the entree garden greens (ranch dressing), with a side of mac and cheese and fries. My husband got the smoked brisket, with fries and smoked beans. Both meals came with cornbread. It was all really good! The mac and cheese was the only thing I wasn’t thrilled about. Their strengths are definitely in their entrees, rather than their sides. Staff is always super friendly/helpful and the food comes out hot and fast! Highly recommend this place!

Yes they tack on a credit card fee, I’ve seen some people complain about this but I am 100% in support of it. It also means there is an advantage to pay in cash, so pay the bill and tip your server in cash for the best overall outcome and know the credit card service is there if you need it.“
