My wife my dog on me with drive from Cleveland Ohio hours and 15 minutes just to check the restaurant, my wife was happy with her food, my dog eat carne asada with rice and she love it, I want to recommend you guys carne asada with fried cheese and rice and beans from Nicaragua, is a steak in the grill, you guys need to try that, five star in everything, definitely we going back again.“

“First timer, very nice place and atmosphere. Went to Maumee Ohio location. Server could've been a little better, my Tomahawk pork chop was brought out under cooked! It was pink and bluish looking. I was told they serve it med well. Lol it wasn't even close to that. But they took it back and corrected it. And server noticed i needed refill on water and i said yes please but never got it.Overall everything was good, still would return but would like better service.“

Hubby had the build your own stromboli. Next trip we're trying their seafood dishes. The atmosphere was unique and relaxing. They have steaks, seafood, and italian dishes. “My wife and I had dinner at Benchmark for my 80th birthday last night. It was wonderful! Our waiter, Josh, was professional and friendly. The food, lobster tail and 8 oz filet, asparagus side, was cooked just right and superb. We got a free Dubai chocolate tiramisu for dessert, which was delectable. Benchmark has generally been consistently good, with great service, and this was no exception.“

“I live out of town and sometimes go to UTMC hospital for my sister. I stopped at Snappers last week and we purchases catfish dinner and mushrooms. My catfish was awesome. It was seasoned perfectly and everything was delicious. I look forward to going again soon.“

“My boyfriend and I visited J. Alexander’s for the first time this Saturday evening. We had a reservation for 6 and were seated around 6:05, after checking in at 5:50. The young women at the hostess stand were extremely polite and friendly. The atmosphere inside the place is great. It’s quite dark, but I personally enjoy that. It was packed of course, being a Saturday night, but it didn’t feel claustrophobic. I think it’s cool that guests can look into the kitchen and see the cooks at work, although we were seated away from that section of the restaurant. After being seated, our waiter, Donny H., soon came by. He politely introduced himself and got us our drinks. My boyfriend and I are both pretty quiet people. Neither of us had questions about the menu and we had no requests for him throughout the meal. Even though he didn’t have much to work with, Don still did great with us!! Both of us enjoyed our food. I got the rotisserie chicken with smashed potatoes. For some reason, I didn’t realize it would come as a whole rotisserie chicken LOL. I kind of thought it would be cut up, but that’s definitely user error. The chicken was very tender and pretty easy to cut up on my own. While we were eating, I noticed that all of the wait staff seem to have excellent customer service skills. A few different waiters came by our table to clear plates, bring out our appetizer, etc. Every single one of them was as kind and gracious to as Don was, even though they weren’t getting tipped from us. I think that’s pretty rare to find. At the end of the service, Don even surprised us with carrot cake for free because it was our first time visiting. It was very kind of him. Maybe it’s just something he does to boost his tips, but hey, I respect the hustle!! And the carrot cake was dang good, even after taking it home and having it cold!! Overall a great experience. I’d definitely love to come back at some point even though it’s a bit of a drive for us.“

Seasoning was a tad salty imo, but once paired with their garlic butter & cocktail sauce, it evens out. If youre thinking about checking this place out, you won’t be disappointed. Best of all, they accept EBT and cook your food for $1. I definitely plan to come back!!“

“Went out to eat at the Whitehouse Inn ... my bill was $23.16. I gave him $40.00.... should have gotten back 16.84. I would have left him a $5.00 tip. But he brought me back $7.00. Got that???? So I went straight into the kitchen and found him. He knew ASAP and I said I gave you $40.00 and showed him the 7.00 he immediately gave me $10.00. So just to be nice the I gave him $2.66 tip. Watch your change back on cash customers... It was a male with black hair and about 45 years old maybe.“
