“While traveling back home to Wisconsin, our family of 7 stopped here and had an outstanding experience. Managing a large family can be a challenge, but the staff made everything easy with their friendliness and efficiency.

From placing our multiple orders to receiving our food, every detail was handled with care. Extra condiments, napkins, and small requests were met with patience and a smile.

We visited several restaurants during our trip, and this one truly stood out. The service went above and beyond what we expected, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

It’s sometimes $7 with cash … very inconsistent and I don’t know if they are ringing the drink up wrong or what the deal is. Cost is near $8 if using a card for payment.“

“The superior coffee shop in the area - better than the chain coffee places up the road because what you ask for is what you’ll get, it’s delicious and fresh! Service is phenomenal. “got a last minute california cheesecake and its the best cheesecake I have ever had including my own. it was moist and not overly sweet, the crust was a thin cake like layer which really added to the flavor and all the fruit was fresh and tasty. the cheesecake is huge and worth every penny. the staff is so nice as well, working with me over the phone to get it in time. cannot wait to get another one, next time trying the tirimisu“

This location is living proof that you can still provide customer service in 2025 if you choose to. ********************** This location has always been stellar with customer service. However this morning I was blown away by the level of customer service I got in the drive thru. “I just had the greatest service from a Dunkin donuts worker I have ever had in her name was madison! I actually had to stop going to this company for the past few years because the service no matter where I went was absolutely terrible, but this was the first time visiting this store and I took a chance by doing so and Madison made all the difference she was friendly she was fast she was courteous she was everything I would want in an employee, people are hard to find but good people like this deserve to be recognized and paid for their worth, thank you for the amazing experience Madison“

“It’s always a pleasure to stop by the Starbucks that’s located inside our Target store in Boardman. They have a beautiful selection of coffee cups & travel cups like no other. I love to get a cup of hot coffee or iced as I browse the store for my shopping day. I couldn’t resist getting a bag of fresh ground beans of Thanksgiving day blend. It’s a strong one!

“I’ve been meaning to try it since it opened and boy am I glad I finally did. Half an hour wait on a Saturday morning which I expected so no big deal but ended up getting 2 bar seats 20 minutes after arriving! The food was AMAZING! I had the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes, my fiance had chicken and waffles. I also had the s’mores latte which was off the chart delicious! Can’t wait to go again!“

“Glad the area finally has a semi-aesthetic coffee shop to co-work in from time to time. Unfortunately the seating area is often crumby whenever I come in, and I know this is very knit picky, but the lights under the front counter are burnt out. If they were to fix it, it would bring so much needed warmth to the space!“

“I come here once a week at least. It's on my way. Their mobile order app doesn't work for walk-in pickup. Always half ready and you have to wait three or four minutes inside to tell someone your order's not complete. Same for walk-in orders. They only focus on the drive-thru. You gotta go through the drive-thru to get your mobile order by the time you get there. But don't get too many items on the same order or they'll leave off the last items. You'll drive off thinking you're set to go and end up going back to sit in drive-thru again just to get your order filled. They try to train their customers to do things their way by ignoring them.
Dunkin in front of Walmart on Mahoning is much more mobile friendly. I'd go there if it was on my way.“

“The Dunkin Donuts on Lockwood in Boardman is my favorite I live right the the street from one but every morning I go outta my way to come to the Lockwood one my order is never wrong the service is great thank you“

“absolutely would recommend this cozy little coffee shop! Right in the heart of YSU campus, its a Great place for studying, hanging out with friends and enjoying amazing drinks and foods! I recently purchased their Iced caramel apple latte with the cookie butter cold foam and the Buckeye Latte (hot) and they were DELICIOUS! also tried their Pistachio muffins as well and would 100% buy them again! i will say the coffee is a bit pricey, but its worth it. The barista i worked with recommended me the drinks and I 10/10 would buy again! thank you for amazing service and delicious coffee!!“
