“I recently left a 5 star review but unfortunately that had drastically changed. Do not get me wrong, they have good food. BUT, Twice in a row now, I've been ripped off by this store. Online they have deals and twice I've tried ordering the '16" xl 1 topping pizza and 6 Pepperoni rolls for $25.99'. After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? “When you order over the phone it initially sends you to a call center, ask for the store and you wont regret it. Very exceptional customer service and well mannered and not to mention the food is good too. “So glad to have discovered this place! Mind you, I discovered it through installing the epoxy floors there, because I actually live an hour away. But I stopped there today and finally had a chance to try out his pizza.. And let me tell you! Some of the best pizza I've ever had! I got the New Yorker, and I've legitimately never seen a bigger pizza, not in person at least. I've gotten to know the owner, and he seems to really care about his business, and clearly cares about his pizza, because it for sure shows in the quality of it! All of the ingredients tasted super fresh, and super tasty. I got the New Yorker with Pepperoni and Banana Peppers, my personal favorite combination. And I only made it through 2 slices!! 2!! This pizza is worth every dime. It was not only tasty, but cooked to perfection. The toppings were plentiful, the dough was delicious, and the crust was so good(which many places fail at). “very Very VERY SLOW service. I was in here on a Saturday around 6PM to pick up a Door Dash order of 2 small pizzas and an order of Jojos. I waited 25 minutes past the expected ready time, The pizzas were never even started until 5 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be picked up, I saw them being made. The food here is Great as long as you have an hour to wait for it.“

“Another Road-Trip pizza review!! Ordered an 8-cut pepperoni and sausage. Took 40 mins on a Friday night (pretty normal). The pizza sauce was savory, the dough was tasty and the crust was crunchy, sausage was normal, the pepperoni was their downfall in the rating... I think the whole pizza had 16 prices (not joking with 2 each slice). But the atmosphere was spectacular!! I don't think you can take it all in with one visit!! We will be back, but they really need to work on that pepperoni issue 😁“

“I just moved back to Cuyahoga Falls after 15 years. Fiesta pizza and chicken was always my go-to growing up. Today was the first time I ordered the chicken and JoJo's (my favorite) since moving back and they did not disappoint!!! It was just as delicious as I remembered it. Coming from a state where nobody even knew what a JoJo was I was in great appreciation of how good they were and how much I missed them! The chicken portions were large and cooked to perfection. When I got there my order was rang in wrong and only half was made. So now my 15 min wait was going to be 1/2 hour. I have hungry kiddos and just wanted to bring some food home quick. The girl at the counter was super nice and owned up to the error. I appreciated that! She wanted to make it right so she offered us a 2L pop, added in a free slaw, and got the manager and we got 10$ off. The girl made it right. And so did the owner/manager. Being in that industry is tough. I know that most Gioninos are franchised and personally owned. I appreciate the effort that was put in to make it work out for both parties and we will be returning customers!! They were happy to offer a beverage while we waited. Thanks!!! 😊“
