Our coffees were never even the slightest bit empty they were always full. Our waters were always full. She put up with our somewhat fussy order with a smile and made it come out wonderfully. Their staff is extremely friendly too.I recently tried a new drink that has been getting mixed reviews, and the barista made sure that I liked it. When I was kind of "meh" about it, she added some additional flavors and it made it much better!My only complaint, is that they haven't gotten hip to the online/app ordering yet. “The only reason that I even come to this particular Panera Bread is because of Miss Kathy and Anthony the assistant manager (I come for coffee after working 3rd shift at the hospital on the weekends).Miss Kathy and Anthony are the bomb💣....their customer ❤service is next to none. But today the manager on duty, let a dog come in here and be in the restaurant she told me there was nothing she could do about the dog being here in the restaurant. I even called 911. The dog ran around the fireplace. the woman said that he was a service dog and that he wasn't hurting anything (but his hair flying around the restaurant!!!!!!)but service dogs don't run around the restaurant. They sit in one place next to the owner.I love dogs but not dog hair in my food!!! LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!“
