“The Blueberry Cafe in Kettering is truly one of the best places to visit. Every time I walk through the door the staff makes me feel welcome from the moment I check in to the moment I sit down. Everyone treats you with real kindness and care. I want to give a special shout out to Allison M who was my waitress during my most recent visit. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she checked on me throughout my meal in the most thoughtful way. She deserves recognition for how well she takes care of guests. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager was also amazing. He was friendly and very engaged with everyone around him. In previous visits I have also appreciated how the owner walks around the cafe and personally checks on guests. The two young ladies at the front desk are always kind patient and very welcoming. The food is always fresh and consistently outstanding. If you are looking for a place with great food and exceptional service this is it.“

“my son and I eat at cherryhouse cafe Everytime we want to have a great meal and excellent service. we prefer to get our order to go and Chris always takes care of us. he provides the best service I have ever received at a establishment!!!!! they are always very busy but he still takes the time to be so kind and friendly. he works the drive thur the counter and helps everyone. on top of that all the employees are kind and smiling and very busy. “This is the most AMAZING Bourbon Chicken and White Rice, I've ever had!! The portion size is generous for the price you pay. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff was friendly, wirh great service. If I had the money to eat out everyday, I'd eat there at least once a day everyday. They have a variety of sides and you can have a sandwich, a wrap, or just the bourbon chicken by itself with the sides. Anyway you eat it, the taste, is unforgettable, it's so good!!“

Jose Calzada and his family have elevated the dining experience there since they took over management. My friends and I enjoyed Chicken and Waffles, Shrimp and Grits, and Brioche French Toast. “The coffee Pettibone serves is outstanding: true 3rd wave with amazing profiles, not the burned-n-bitter-made-for-milk beans so many roasters generate! Try their pourovers and taste the difference. The food here is really first class too, and priced fairly for non mass-produced creations. Many choices too. Avoid crowds and come early or after peak times.“

“Ooooo I love this location. There are various rooms that they seat in and it provides a lot of privacy, the atmosphere is very nice. The service was excellent, our server Megan was top notch. The complimentary beignets for being there for the first time were insanely good.

I have the classic Benedict and it was solid. My husband had the crab cake Benedict and he liked it but it was way too fishy tasting for me. The grits were great and the coffee was strong! We will be back and would recommend going early because they understandably get busy.“

“I live this place. Americano is only a buck and a quarter and they get their pastries from the best bakery in Dayton. Do yourself a favor and get the Kouign Amann. Stopping here during downtime is always nice and the staff always seem remarkably kind. For optimum experience order the aforementioned items and sit in one of the 2 grey chairs in the middle of the room. They are very comfy.“
