P.S. I personally feel that this location could use a little revamp as far as the atmosphere and decor. It is a bit outdated, which usually doesn’t bother me, but it’s just sort of drab in there. When you’re spending a minimum of $25 for a meal, a more cheery and vibrant atmosphere would be a nice complement!“

“Stopped in during the pumpkin show because they were the only place i could get anything gluten free. I am so glad i did. I ordered a turkey sandwich, a brownie with some kind of pumpkin creamy icing, and a whoopee pie pumpkin cream cookie. I will say it was a little pricey. However; once tasting each item and seeing the amount of meat on my sandwich,I was super satisfied. I will be back. Thanks for making my pumpkin show experience a little more enjoyable. 💗 All in all spend a little money to have an enjoyable experience. I’m sure glad i did.“

“Had a party of 8. We were greeted and seated quickly. Did not have to wait for service, the server was very prompt. Menu choices were tough because everything sounded so good. Between our party we tried about 4 different dishes and most of the apps. The apps were out quickly and very nice portions. The cheese sticks were something different and really good. I had the lasagna and wow was it good. You can definitely tell everything is made in house. Highly recommend to anyone in Chillicothe or anyone who may be in the area.“

The bourbon chicken is great it’s like getting it at pumpkin show! the only thing id say that needs worked on is some of the waitresses/bartenders are rude and needs to work on there customer service but they could just be having a bad day.“

“if you are in or near Chillicothe, OH then this is a must stop. The ambiance is warm and welcoming with plenty of seating and nice large screen TV with the latest sports. The staff from the owners to the chefs are very friendly and accommodating. They have a huge menu to choose from something for everyone here. Family and kid friendly. The food is made to order and authentic, home made recipes. had their perch sandwich with fresh coleslaw and the whale appetizer.“

“I come at least once a week, sometimes more. The food is always excellent, in at least 200 visits they have never made a mistake with my order. The third shift crew is amazing to deal with. They remember me by name, and what I order. The manager Melissa, is great she always checks on me. She makes every visit enjoyable. Kirsten also does a great job, I am so glad she is back“

“My family stopped here for a breakfast while visiting family out of state. My wife and son had never eaten in a Bob Evans and I have not been to one in over 40 years. Let's call it a hybrid of Shoney's/Cracker Barrel/IHOP and you will have a great idea of what to expect.
Everything is served from the menu and breakfast appears to be their specialty. Lunch and dinner items are offered but my family chose to eat their wonderful breakfast offerings. With a quaint little selection of items for sale you can take home the memory or share it with a loved one. This was all together a good experience for us and we left with a smile on our face and a full belly.“

“We sat in the bar and were delightfully served by Misty. Her service is super friendly and helpful! We ordered bone in ribeye and the filet with lobster. Food was excellently prepared and served. I didn't know the filet was dredged in black pepper and it was too much for me. My thoughtful husband traded a portion of his ribeye with me and enjoyed both the ribeye and filet. When Misty found out my filet was too spicy for me, she offered me another with no spices! I didn't take it, but Misty surely knows how to get people to come back! Excellent experience in spite of the pepper!“

“Ok. While they may not be out of danger of closing yet, I have to say that while the competition has slid in quality, Steak and Shake has not. So, they don't offer meals for $4.44 and give out free fries now.

I can\'t complain about a meal that costs $5 less than the comp[etitors, but is actually quite tasty in comparison.“
