“My family and I were at Leetonia Dairy Queen tonight and it was very busy. I am an empathetic person and I could sense a lot of tension and stress amongst the employees. After we ordered and received our food, we saw a female employee storm out of the kitchen and say “I’m done!” The only two employees left working were very young and customers continued to walk through the doors. The teenage employees were stunned and upset. A couple of minutes later, the male teenage employee sheepishly stood at the cash register and said, “Our manager just walked out and we’re both underage so we have to close. We’re really sorry.” A bunch of us felt very sorry for the kids and went up and gave them extra tips. The teenage boy said, “Is it okay if I cry in front of all of you people?” We all reassured him and the female teenage employee that this was not their fault and that these things happen. They both cried and hugged each other. The boy put a handwritten closed sign on the door and began the process of locking up. One of the customers still inside with us finishing eating went over and hugged him. My 7 and 5 year old kids were watching this whole situation unfold and I was very happy with how the teenagers handled themselves in such a stressful situation and with how all of the people (even ones who were turned away after just having walked in) treated one another with love, kindness, and compassion. Not a single person responded rudely or unkindly. Everyone showed empathy. Kudos to those two teenagers. Experiences like this will serve to make you even stronger and ready to face adversity.“

“This is the worst DQ in our area. blizzards are always down from the top a few inches. We use to go there all the time and stopped going because of this reason. stopped on April 29 and could not go inside for some reason. tried the blizzard again and same result. Do yourself a favor and go to Canfield, Austintown or Columbiana. Extra nice places.“

“Like anything else there are lots of choices but without a doubt there is only one Lisbon Dairy Queen. The other Dairy Queen’s and Ice Cream locations in the area are just a shell of this place… I for one hope it never changes!!! Gary and his crew do a wonderful job!!! When I was younger I walked there almost daily and that was over 40 years ago, I remember the owners parents working there and it seems like it was yesterday… Lots of great memories of the Lisbon DQ… Keep up the great work!!!!!“

The food is always great even when you order close to closing. Employees are attentive and friendly even when busy. Give them a try, you won't regret it.“

I go to Lisbon McD just about every day on my lunch break so I see how people act. When did so many people become such entitled a$$holes? So rude. “Justice is by far the best waiter I’ve had at this restaurant. I look forward to coming to this location not just for the food, but the service. He’s attentive, productive and helpful. He does just about every job in the book from what I can see from the booth. He needs to own this place so he can train others to be like him.

“Hi I had the most amazing experience was greeted by a nice young lady Meka she was absolute the sweetest and helped me with all my questions and then imma leave a review always because that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time the warm est the freshest I would drive 30 minutes everytime if my Taco Bell tasted that good. !! “My car died in the drive thru. Right at the 1st window. The girl at that window and the manager were sooo kind to me. I couldn't even take my great or if park for them to push me out of the way! one of the employee's boyfriend tried to help. He jumped my car but it only ran while the cables were on. So he jumped it again and I put it in neutral and the smoked from DQ and Dunkin Donuts pushed me out of the way!!! Thank you so much for being so kind to an old lady. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. They even came out and asked me if I needed water or anything! To the owner of these establishments... you have done amazing employees!!! “I order my food the lady was in a rush and kept interrupting me and they forgot part of my order did not know I told it was delivered so had to go back out to pick up dinner for my daughter told them and they wanted to charge me a delivery fee again for their mess will never eat here again“
