“Sarah’s has great pizza and fast delivery. Decent sticks when you get them half baked. Tonight’s been a rough one though; we put in an online order, and paid, but I forgot to add a few ranch to it so I called to ask if I could pay them for it on delivery. When they answered I said I could hold. I held. And held. At the ten minute mark I hung up to call back, I planned on apologizing but saying I just had a quick question. Wouldn’t you know it, the phone’s busy. Checked about once a minute for five minutes, to make sure it wasn’t just someone ordering. Checked one last time before sending my review. I understand being overwhelmed and understaffed, but having the phone off the hook is something that’s always struck me as unprofessional. Maybe they couldn’t do it the receiver in the cradle while I was on hold, but then that raises back the point that ten minutes is awfully long to sit on hold for a pizza shop. I just wanted a couple of cups of ranch, man…I’ll still order from Sarah’s. It’s good food, and they’re definitely great people. We don’t have many options for delivery in New Lebanon that my family can agree on but we all like Sarah’s. I just don’t feel very valued as a customer right now.

Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is what we most often get as my mom is vegetarian. We love adding extra banana peppers, and she never gets the green olives, but it’s DEFINITELY delicious. She’s also ordered a white spinach pizza before with garlic I believe? That one was a while ago, but it, too, was delicious. The white sauce is not vegan, but the pizza sauce and the crust both are.

Parking: A couple of spots in the back lot where employees park, but we had a delivery driver clip our car once in that tiny lot, with us sitting in. It’s hard to maneuver.“

“A Hidden Gem in Preble County – Domino’s Delivers Big Flavor! Tried the new(er) Domino’s in Preble County today, and I’m honestly baffled that there’s not more buzz around this place! We ordered the parmesan-stuffed crust pizza with garlic oil and Italian sausage—simple in toppings, but absolutely incredible in execution. From the first slice, it was clear this wasn’t your average delivery pizza. The crust was warm, soft, and perfectly baked—not too crisp, not too doughy. The sauce was classic Domino’s style, yet surprisingly rich and flavorful, tying everything together beautifully. And let’s talk about that crust… I typically skip stuffed crust, but this one was irresistible. Soft, cheesy, and kissed with garlic oil—it practically melted in my mouth. This was hands-down the best pizza I’ve had in quite a while. If you haven’t tried Domino’s in Preble County yet, you’re seriously missing out. I highly recommend giving it a shot. “We used to love the Eaton Ohio Cassanos and ate there quite frequently, but had not been there for a while. We went there for lunch today, ordered our usual deluxe pizza, and the pizza was terrible. It was cold and greasy. It had the usual chopped up toppings but they added small slices of Old World pepperoni as a topping which made the pizza really greasy. I can't figure out why the pizza was cold since they were not that busy. We will not be back for a long time.“

A family member went in to order some pizzas for a family who their mother has brain cancer and was about to pass away. “Rose, the owner, is very nice and the store offers a good selection of over the counter medicine, hygiene supplies, cleaning supplies, snacks, food, drinks, cigarettes and beer. The building is cool inside and has a nice aesthetic/vibe. Highly recommend stopping in when around the Verona area. I drive here from Lewisburg lol.
