It has everything; The location which is a few steps from the Findlay Market which I tend to go frequently when planning to make a nice dinner, they have great service, the chill ambiance and of course the delicious gelatos. One of the main reasons I always tend to stop on this one is because they normally have Pistachio flavored gelato which is a big must for my wife and the other besides of my favorite flavor (cookies and cream) well there actual Ice cream cookies which are amazing! He taught me kindness, compassion, caring, and showed me all of the machines to make ice cream. I also enjoyed working the chocolate line upstairs and would mark each piece. He once whispered in my ear that I could stay there forever and always, but I had to go see about the world. I would return many times over the years, and he spotted me immediately, and would shuffle over and open my hand and put a few candies in it, and whisper something kind to me. Mr. A also never met a kind and honest child he did not like. No pocket money? No problem for well-behaved children. It really is tiny with only a counter to sit at and a few small tables, but you can enjoy your ice cream outside or head to Gatherall Food Hall to grab a seat. They have a wide variety of ice cream some of which are dairy free. You can get a waffle cup, waffle cone or simple cup. The scoops are pretty small. But the ice cream itself is so rich that the standard size was perfect. Loved it. Was tempted to take some home but no way to keep it frozen.“

A young man was the cashier and he had a warm and welcoming feeling. These workers had an amazing dynamic between them, I will definitely come back and will be recommending this location to my friends and family. The two young girls were very sweet to everyone and were very friendly with eachother as they wished everyone a happy holidays as I sat at a table close to where they were, Christmas music was playing and I saw other guests singing along and enjoying the bops. “4.6? 4.6? How does the Best Ice Cream-in-the-World rate a measly 4.6? I'm 68. I started enjoying Graeter's when I was a student at the University of Cincinnati (1971-75). As I traveled the world, as a lover of ice cream, I always tasted the local frozen treat. The only ice cream I've found that came close to the quality, taste and texture of Graeter's was at Gailli (sp? - near the Ponte Vecchio) in Florence, Italy (which to be fair, is gelato, not ice cream). As I've aged, I've had to cut back my consumption of Graeter's, due to cholesterol issues. Instead of a weekly pint, I relish the occasional pint. There may be good ice cream, but Graeter's is simply the best ice cream! 4.6? Huh?“

“Nice local spot in Pleasant Ridge without the lines of Jeni's with great ice cream. They also have cake rolls (they have a name but I forget). Not your typical flavors but very delicious especially if you have an adventurous palate. Some tables and seating inside and also some chairs outside. Good place to grab ice cream and walk around the Pleasant Ridge shops.“

Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.“

I would Love to see more pictures of the actual products and drinks you have instead of generic art on the wall.The wall menu is lovely to look at (I wish my hand writing was that clean!) but the drink descriptions dont adequately describe the drinks to a first-timer. (We did so much googling haha)The beverages are practically art, I think it would relieve your bariatas if you had a laminated example sheet by your register with one or two pictures of each type of drink and a bit more detail. “This location is an ice cream parlor with a difference. The ice cream is Mexican inspired, and I can assure you that the Mexicans do not accept pale flavored ice cream. Also, they make the ice cream on site, from fresh ingredients--and I can confirm that the fruits are fresh since my ice cream had a couple of cherry pits in it. So be careful about biting down! We arrived here in the afternoon of a brutally hot day in Ohio. The spacious store is in a little strip mall, and its decor uses the bright paint colors you'd see in Mexico. Freezer counters fill 2 sides of the facility, one containing popsicles and other frozen treats in exotic flavors, the other a wide array of ice cream. The counter clerk seemed happy to provide us with as many sample spoons as we'd have wanted, so I got to taste the cappuccino--intense! and the coconut pineapple--fruit forward but a nice toasted coconut finish--and the caramel, and do they know how to make caramel. But I settled on a medium cup with half yellow cherry and half pistachio--I just love pistachio ice cream! And this rich, sticky mound of green dairy was as good as it gets. The yellow cherry, as noted, had a couple of cherry pits lurking in it--the yellow variety is, I guess, a bit more subtle than the red. I am definitely planning on more of their excellent product!“
