“We had an amazing meal at Fresh Start Diner. The corned beef hash was absolutely outstanding, perfectly seasoned, crispy on the edges, and packed with flavor. You can tell it is made fresh, not the canned stuff you get at other places. Every bite was comforting and delicious.
And the pancakes… wow. They were not just big, they were ginormous! Fluffy, golden, and melt in your mouth perfection. Easily some of the best pancakes we have had anywhere. Pairing them with the corned beef hash made for a truly unforgettable breakfast.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food hit the spot in every way. If you are looking for a breakfast that leaves you full, happy, and eager to come back, Fresh Start Diner is the place to go!

The food was seriously delicious and we were glad we tried the pretzels and vegan cheese app out. “Aladdin's is one of my favorite places to grab lunch in Hudson. I hesitantly went when a Specialist at The Cleveland Clinic advised me to eat a Mediterranean diet. So I went to Aladdin's and had a Superfood Salad. I next had the Taza Chicken salad. Then I started getting everything. I have yet to get something there that isn't good. It's one of the healthier places to eat, as everything has fresh and crisp ingredients. The staff is very friendly as well. I'll add some photos to this, but do stop in and give them a try!“
