“the two gentlemen working on September 8th at around 7:30 were doing a great job. They were very patient, kind and overall very professional. They deserve a raise. They had to deal with this gaggle of morons coming in there berating them and talking down to them. Bossing them around, snapping at them, just overall being super difficult. They kept their cool and were very polite regardless of the absolutely horrible treatment from the customers in front of me. Those two men are the backbone of this subway and they do not deserve to be treated that way. And my sandwich was delightful. Love those guys. I will probably never be back because I don’t live anywhere near Canton, but Godspeed.“

“I’ve been to a lot of subway this is normally one of the ones I stopped at. The gentleman Joe behind the counter this morning was one of the friendliest and kindest associate I’ve ever met at any subway location. Not only was he kind he definitely cared about how the sandwich was made. I know that sounds crazy cause it’s just a sandwich but I get tons of things piled on mine and that’s the first subway sandwich I’ve ever ate that I’ve never made a mess out of everything was evenly placed on the sandwich and everybody was delicious. Definitely an A+ employee.“

“Food is often great, and for the most part, staff at this location were polite for the past 5 years.However, we had a bug where the Subway website and app didn't work properly. That bug lead to us being charged 2x for an order which was never fulfilled (no food given).That would be coporate's fault, rather than this locations. However, the handling of the problem by the manager and owner of this specific location were definitely less than ideal.The manager was quite rude, and the owner didn't seem to be in a hurry to make it right with the customer. In addition to taking more than a week to get a refund, we never received an apology.That interaction makes me heistant to give this location a 5-star review, even though the food has generally been "good".“
