“We spent some time at The Christmas Story House, Gift Shop and museum. The Rowley Inn is right on the same corner and was AMAZING! We went to get a seat oround 3:45pm and they got a table of 7 right in for us! Food, price and staff was so great! Will definitely come back!!!“

“Finally stopped into Amba! An acquaintance and I dropped in for an impromptu dinner on a Friday night, and I was excited to finally see it as I’d been hearing so many great things about it. They’ve definitely got the towns attention! When I came in I was really impressed by the overall ambiance and it has this beautifully dark, sculptural quality. I was surprised by how drawn into the decor and visual aesthetic of the space. And if you’re someone who feels you like that feeling of cozy and privacy when out enjoying a meal- it is perfect for you. My friend and I enjoyed a combination of both the cocktails and mocktails, I had the spiced nectar and blue bergamot. SO good. So different than the typical mocktail- not your typical mixer combo. But really unique recipes created with a lot of depth. Just as much to be enjoyed as the plates themselves. We had somewhere around 7-8 dishes and I came in as someone who loves Indian food expecting a typical experience and was given more than a meal, but a really fun and innovate experience. Bright visual aesthetics and flavors created a very exciting and delicious experience! (Plenty of vegan options as well.)“

“Worth the wait! Very good food, so many options! I got a bacun cheddar burger and Mac n cheeze and both were just mouth-watering-ly delicious 🤤 My partner got the chick'n Philly and fries and he said it was great!
Check the cooler for treats -- I got the last slice of vegan red velvet cake! Yum!
So happy we stopped by. If we lived in the area, we'd be repeat customers for sure!

“The food is absolutely delicious! I am going on my 3rd year of a meatless diet and I am so happy to have discovered this place of business. Everything was flavorful and those sweet potato muffins were so moist. I highly recommend trying them out whether you are a vegetarian or not, you will enjoy the food! 😋“

“I had the most amazing birthday. My husband surprised me with dinner here for the first time. The lobster was huge, the Delmonico steak with truffle butter was exquisite, he tried a tomahawk steak with truffle butter and was in heaven. We shared a colossal crab appetizer, the freshest asparagus we've ever had in a restaurant, scalloped potatoes that were a cheesy delight, they keep bringing fresh bread he surprised me by asking for the cotton candy they offer for special occasions and ended with crème brûlée. Every bite was savory and surpassed our expectations. Couldn't of had a better experience and can't wait to come back when we can!“

“We went last night for our anniversary... Kenya was our server... 5 stars Kenya! the food was to die for! The service made you feel at home having dinner with family! Ian Baggs was hilarious, as usual! I forgot the name of the opening comedian, but he was hilarious as well! I'm so happy I found this place, and it will be our regular date night spot!“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “Had the pleasure of dining here tonight. Everything from our server Shannon to the food was outstanding!
To drink I had a Love Language, which Shannon recommended! It's made with their house cucumber vodka. It was very refreshing!
For dinner, chicken breast that wasn't dry, seasoned well and easily cut with a butter knife! Collards and Mac and cheese were good as well!
For dessert, we has a banana creme brulee. I'm very picky about creme brulee, but this was perfection!

“We found this gem today on our venture to Cleveland and we are very very happy we did! The food was absolutely fabulous! We shared the grilled octopus appetizer! “First time here and tbh, I'm looking forward to my next trip to Cleveland just so I can eat here again. The food was homemade goodness. The coffee was delicious. Our server Monica made us feel welcomed and is very knowledgeable not only on the menu, but she helped answer a few questions we had about places in Cleveland ( we're from Pittsburgh and we were definitely out of our element). Also, grumpys showcases local artist and you can buy the pictures, paintings and little sculptures they have around the restaurant. If you come to Cleveland, make it a point to stop here. You will not be disappointed. Def get the cajan home fries. Not spicy, but very well seasoned and flavorful.“

“My visit today was on a Sunday at approx 6pm or so. I accidently placed the wrong Sundae order and was willing to eat it anyway, but I thought what the heck I'll just be honest and explain what happened. The staff was nice enough to correct my order and offer the Turtle Sundae I desired which was delicious as usual.
Here is the Plus/Minus on this store:
Plus - The ice cream always tastes delicious; the service is fast and excellent every time. Even if the line is long it always moves fast. The temperature in the dining area is always comfy whether it is hot or cold outside. The dining area is always clean. Lots of delicious flavors and speciaty items like shakes and sundaes. This has become my fave ice cream spot in NEO.
Minus: Approx 6 unruly, loud, disruptive youth arrived near the end of my visit. I wanted to escort them right out the door, fortunately they didn't stay long. Perhaps this is a new trend in Solon because a similar thing happened in nearby Chick-Fil-A Solon a few weeks ago. Oops I spoke too soon, the bad kis came back :(“

“We held a wedding rehearsal dinner there on June 27th. It was a party of 16 in The Porch area. Our waiter, Neil, was extraordinary, the food and drink was exceptional. My only regret is that we live 10 hours away so going back and sampling all the other menu choices is problematic. Highly recommend!“

“Brassica in Shaker Heights was such a good find while visiting a friend. I went twice in one trip, that should tell you something. Got the salad bowl both times with hummus and basically loaded it up with everything, and it just works no matter what combo you put together. Tried the chicken on one visit and the brisket on the other, both were fabulous. Fair warning though, the brisket is subject to availability, so don't count on it being there every time.
Do yourself a favor and order the fries at least once even if you're trying to be good. They complement the bowl perfectly, and throwing a few fries right into the salad is genuinely a great move. Also have to mention the beer selection. Good local options and reasonably priced, which is a nice touch alongside the food.
This place earns the trip back any time I'm in the area.“

“My twin niece and nephew always make sure to take Sassy for Mitchell’s when I’m in town, and this time was no different. I had this delicious chocolate brownie waffle cone, and it was yummy and fresh! The flavors are unique, and the cup and cone options abundant. If you don’t want scoops, grab a milkshake, and tap into your inner child to enjoy some good old fashioned ice cream!“

“Ugh I’m so happy I walked into this place randomly. My wrap was SO fresh. I got the turkey avocado wrap. The turkey wasn’t deli meat like your usual wrap, it seemed freshly carved. All the ingredients were so fresh and the employees were very pleasant and professional“
