“This place is amazing. I ordered through a delivery app and what I ordered was a chicken bacon and ranch wrap with no bacon. The restaurant reached out to me directly to let me know they didn’t have roasted red peppers and asked me if I would like anything for substitution. I was really appreciative that they called and communicated. That was a first for me and totally unexpected and then the kind employee called me back to let me know that she made a mistake on my order and added bacon and communicated with the delivery driver in which he went back to grab the fixed order. The employee went above and beyond and it was so delicious and fresh. Please don’t lose your great service it’s much appreciated and hard to come by these days. Food quality 🤌🏾, customer service 🤌🏾. They’ve definitely got the towns attention! When I came in I was really impressed by the overall ambiance and it has this beautifully dark, sculptural quality. I was surprised by how drawn into the decor and visual aesthetic of the space. And if you’re someone who feels you like that feeling of cozy and privacy when out enjoying a meal- it is perfect for you. My friend and I enjoyed a combination of both the cocktails and mocktails, I had the spiced nectar and blue bergamot. SO good. So different than the typical mocktail- not your typical mixer combo. But really unique recipes created with a lot of depth. Just as much to be enjoyed as the plates themselves. We had somewhere around 7-8 dishes and I came in as someone who loves Indian food expecting a typical experience and was given more than a meal, but a really fun and innovate experience. “I have eaten at different variations of vegan small business restaurants this place gives you the beyond maximum benefit when it is all set and done. My wife and I have come from the West Coast over to the East Coast a few times and the food is the best reward you will get at this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and hard-working and I would not give them a negative rating. Nobody is perfect so no one should be expecting perfection but when you have this food, it’s gonna feel close to Perfect as it will be. I wish squashed the beef all the future success, and hope everything works out for you!!
Their chili with any combination they have is chefs kiss.
And their french fries the way they got those bad boys flavored you will not need any ketchup and you will save all the flavoring you will get.

“Soho is some of the best fried chicken in Cleveland period. Both the white and dark meat are cooked to perfection. What's even more shocking is they do this with boneless breast and thighs. These pieces of chicken are boneless and still moist. That's so rare to see. The sides here are phenomenal! The mashed potatoes are a stand out for sure. They are beyond rich and decadent. They taste of just butter and are silky smooth. The mac and cheese is delightful with a wonderful Gouda flavor. The Nashville hot sandwhich is great and not overly spicy it's very pleasant. But the hush puppies are a must try they are the size of a golf ball and are so soft and moist. With this excellent dipping sauce. Nothing here is bad. The service was super fast. Food arrives very quickly. I do however recommend reservation for the weekend or a Friday. This place fills up fast. Parking can be a pain because it is all street parking and finding something nearby can be hard. But it's absolutely worth it for some of the best chicken around. Also with free biscuits how can you beat that.“

“Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning with my brother, who was in town for work. He loves breakfast food, so I brought him here to try it out. I've been here quite a few times in the past and usually enjoy my experiences, so I was looking forward to breakfast.

Today, I decided to try something different and ordered the breakfast tacos and corned beef hash. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but both dishes were watery, wet, and mushy. The texture was really off-putting, and definitely not what I expected. I've eaten here several times before and have never experienced this, so I'm hoping it was just an off day.

On the bright side, the Nutella waffles were delicious! Those definitely saved the meal.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. I've enjoyed this place in the past, so hopefully the food will be back to what I'm used to on my next visit.“

We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback.
