“First time here with my family celebrating our wedding anniversary. Kids got burgers, wife got herself a burger and I choose the three course meal- BLT salad, baby back ribs, Cole slaw and fresh fruit. Everything was well beyond my expectations. Kids devoured their food, wife was highly impressed with her choice and my ribs fell right off the bone. The atmosphere was very pleasant, not too busy for a Sunday even though we did make a reservation. Very friendly service right from the start. Server was absolutely friendly and very helpful. Food was prepared very well and did not have to wait long. Exceptional place to go to, highly recommend!“

“Montana and crew did an outstanding job to accommodate our group of 22. They went above and beyond, and our stay exceeded expectations. We had many reservation changes over the past few months, and they were very flexible and did all they could to make our stay the best that it could be. For example, they bent over backwards to make sure we were all on one floor and had adjoining rooms. Every single staff person we met at the hotel was friendly and willing to help. The property was perfect for our reunion - the indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids, and the lobby was a great place to hang out. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and up-to-date. We definitely want to come back!“

“We celebrated our 10-year olds birthday at Jag’s last night. The staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a night our family will not forget. It started with us arriving to a lovely set table with a bouquet of balloons for the birthday boy. He was wished happy birthday from what seemed like the entire staff. He definitely felt special. The Chef even came out from the kitchen, wished our son a happy birthday, and made sure our food was delicious. Our server was Danielle and she was a rockstar. I can not say enough amazing things about her. Request her EVERY TIME YOU DINE AT JAG’S!!!! She was helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. “We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant this evening. Although it did not go as planned the staff and manager were beyond nice. What we did have to eat, salad and dessert were amazing. Huge shout out to Jordan Taylor. Very professional but also extremely nice. We will be back.“

“Went here for a date night and left so full and happy!! Our server, Jenny, took such good care of us. It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“

“Longhorns has always been one of our favorites. The service is great atmosphere consistently that of a steakhouse! Either lunch or dinner is a nice and relaxed steakhouse atmosphere. The service is great and the food is awesome as well. Especially steaks. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because if one wishes their steak cooked a certain way say medium rare, you need to ask for it specifically. On occasion the cooks will either undercook or overcook the steak however most of the time they get it right. I'm not one to complain but I've seen other people complain and the steakhouse will either provide a new meal or cook a steak more. Other than that we love our longhorn steakhouse.“

“Their food has gone downhill. I ordered a burger. It came with a mystery substance on the top of the bun. I asked the waitress what is was. She said she didn't know, then said it was oil. Why oil, the bun wasn't grilled or toasted. Just a cold stale bun. Awful“

“We received excellent service and our servers were very attentive. We have dined here several times and always had a great meal. The appetizers were fine but our steaks and sides weren't even hot. I don't know if they weren't served promptly but my steak and potato weren't warm enough to melt butter. In retrospect, I should have sent the meal back but we had an event to attend. We will make another attempt.“

“Everything, from being seated, beautiful dining room, table setting, knowledgeable waiter and backup servers. Manager introduced himself and asked if all was well. I ordered the 12oz NY Strip, medium rare, with the biggest baked potato I’ve ever had. Everything was timely and enjoyed the experience with fellow employees.
