“Yesterday Oct. 11th I tried DeCheco's pizza for the first time. It was hands down the best pizza I think I have ever had. Also had their jojo's and garlic cheeses bread as well. I used to go to 2 other local pizza places but now This will be the only place I go to. They have them beat hands down. Looking for fast friendly excellent service? This place had that as well. “Ordered large pepperoni pizza, traditional wings and a pepperoni roll. 1st time customer. Wow! Everything was amazing. Wings were like fried chicken (we got naked wings) and they were amazing! Didn’t even use the side of sauce. The pepperoni roll was packed with cheese and pepperoni and the crust was buttery and crispy golden brown. Pizza was amazing, loved the fluffy buttery crust and the pepperoni on top of the cheese was curled with crispy edges. May have found a new pizza place favorite! Can’t wait to try more items from the menu!“

Today was the first time I ordered the chicken and JoJo's (my favorite) since moving back and they did not disappoint!!! It was just as delicious as I remembered it. Coming from a state where nobody even knew what a JoJo was I was in great appreciation of how good they were and how much I missed them! The chicken portions were large and cooked to perfection. “I made an order on my way to pick up my son from school. I figured it would be convenient since the timing was right. I got my kiddo and headed over to the Gioninos. When I got there my order was rang in wrong and only half was made. So now my 15 min wait was going to be 1/2 hour. I have hungry kiddos and just wanted to bring some food home quick. The girl at the counter was super nice and owned up to the error. I appreciated that! She wanted to make it right so she offered us a 2L pop, added in a free slaw, and got the manager and we got 10$ off. The girl made it right. And so did the owner/manager. Being in that industry is tough. I know that most Gioninos are franchised and personally owned. I appreciate the effort that was put in to make it work out for both parties and we will be returning customers!! They were happy to offer a beverage while we waited. Thanks!!! 😊“

“I went in and picked up 2 pizzas between 430 and 5 o'clock. I actually called the manager over and told him that I think this is one of the cleanest pizza shops that I have seen in a long time. It's an open type pantry kitchen where you can look in there and see what's going on. At all times the workers were all cleanly dressed and they had either hair nets on or they had ski hats on so they did not get hair in the food. We ordered their garden sprain in a 16 inch with pepperoni, and also ordered a cauliflower 12 inch. With half pepperoni in the garden pizza, it was very delicious and I would highly recommend it.“

I would have to say this place is on point, you can tell it's fresh rolled dough. it has to be fresh dough! its light and fluffy, and crust was amazing, the sauce says it all, and they use what looks like good quality cheese that taste great! I love the real Mom and Pops shop pizza, and these guys are currently ranked up there with the best. the breading on the chicken was crispy, crunchy and extremely tasty! chicken was moist, may be the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life! same with the JoJo's. On my fat guy pizza scale, I rank chips pizza a 4.8 out of 5 easy! make sure you give it a try. Online they have deals and twice I've tried ordering the '16" xl 1 topping pizza and 6 Pepperoni rolls for $25.99'. After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? “Service has gone down hill in recent years. Biggest problem with poor service is that it shows in the food. This was once an excellent establishment for quality delivery, not any longer. There is zero consistency between orders other than something is always missing from the orders. Completely different from when this location opened up several years ago.

Edited for follow-up: Owner reached out after our latest mishap and was more than understanding, even giving us a generous and unnecessary gift card/credit. Customer service from the store manager and owner was fantastic. If nothing else, try them out based solely on the customer service from management and beyond.“
