“Good food, friendly staff, and a nice new location. We love the subs, and it is usually a quick experience for lunch or dinner.

On the downside, parking lot is small with too many high traffic businesses in one spot. A little pricey for sandwiches and they could clean the tables more often in between customers.“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. “This place is a Columbus staple and childhood favorite, I stopped by this location after many years and it honestly hasn't changed a bit. The service was quick but they were a bit short staffed with the order taker having to run both drive through and the front counter. The food came out quick, hot and fresh. The restaurant itself could use some TLC and updates but it is also a classic spot. Overall, great food and friendly staff.“

“We were greeted immediately in a high energy way by a manager who was good about communicating with us the whole time. I was most struck by how clean it smelled in there (noticed it when standing by the register). Not clean as in like cleaning products but just clean air which is incredibly hard to do when you’re cooking bread and meat all day. (I worked at a sub shop for years.) pleasantly surprised by our experience.“

“I always get my hot sandwich as a wrap, the chicken bacon ranch. The last few times it wasn’t good because the kid who usually makes it isn’t there all the time. Well he was today. Laeric is an excellent sandwich maker, he takes the time to listen, and builds a great sub with a perfect ratio or meats and toppings. When he makes a wrap you actually eat the whole thing and don’t have to leave the ends in your bag due to no toppings. That kid deserves a raise!! “My experience this time at this location was great but disappointing at the same time I went there, and I expressed my allergies to the person that rung me up and took my order several times I told him I was allergic to mushrooms. He told me they would mark the sandwiches and also no mushrooms will be put in my sub unfortunately that was not done so when they were wrapping my sub, they could not tell which one was which and they advised me that I should’ve informed somebody when I told them I did inform the man that took my order. I think the manager‘s name was Nick and the other guy‘s name was Juan. They immediately stepped in action took my allergy seriously and remade my food as well as clean the grill before they made my food over. I want to thank them so much for taking my allergy serious cause some people really don’t I appreciate the courtesy.“
