“BEST STEAK EVER!!! Not a lot of steak choices but you don’t need them. New York Strip or Ribeye either small or large. That’s it but even the small is large. Be prepared to share or bring your fat pants! The steak has a wonderful smoked flavor and was cooked perfectly. The beer battered onion rings were perfectly done and the shrimp cocktail was good. I would ? percent recommend to anyone in the area!“
“I think it may be the younger generation workers. They need training on customer care and how to treat people. Just kind of rude and impersonable. That makes for bad experiences. It's sad to say, but that is most places these days, and it doesn't have to be that way. Kindness goes a long way.“

They're on top of refills, condiments, boxes, checks, etc. Very friendly. With they'd switch up the over rated Americana decor, though. Only complaint!“
“I took my son to try this out for the first time. We were very pleased with the food and the service. Burgers were good but the fries were very good. They were kind of like Fair fries a little bit thicker. They were better than fair fries they had a certain type of his homemade seasoning on them. Fry's were great. The atmosphere was like going to your friend's house to have a cookout. Highly recommended if you want a burger and fries.“
“I am new to Portsmouth area and was wanting some fish and chips to take home for my wife and I. There is another restaurant in the area that has f&chips, but they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I found F&F on Google maps and it had good reviews for f&chips. Ordered takeout and they were some of the best fish and chips we have had. Very friendly staff. We will be back in and try some of their other items. It's nice to find places like this when you are new to the area.“
“This is my new favorite burger place. I love the town. The restaurant is perfect. Everything was perfect. Great wait staff. Amazing beer selection. Great prices and the best burger I've had in years if not the best ever. Mac and cheese and real bacon on a perfectly cooked burger. I'm an onion ring freak and these were wonderful. “Steak, pizza, lots of other choices. Everything I have tried there has been excellent. Building is amazing with lots of history, makes for an interesting dinner. Service was good and without issues, dining areas are spread out and did have to seek attention one time, but they were very busy.“

“08/13/2023 it was five minutes to closing and the restaurant got a rush. With two employees working, a boat load of orders and a register that stopped working they handled it. They were funny and creative and made the best of a bad situation. The order was right and the sandwich was great.Thank you. I will come back, but not five minutes before closing next time. Haha.“
“Went to this restaurant with my wife for her class reunion. The area we used was very clean, the food was really good and the service was good. Although they will charge you a "large party" service bill even though everyone had their separate bills which I didn't though made sense. So just a heads up that your bill might be higher than expected because of this.“
“A great little ice-cream shop. I didn't try the food but we were very happy with the service and the quality of the frozen treats. Between our group I think we tried a dozen different flavors or options. All of them were quality and a decent perforation without being too much.“
