“Friendly, fast, good food. Had the fish sandwich and it was really good. This is a service plaza. These people go from serving 5 to 50 in minutes, was witness to this. So if they look or seem worn just give them a break. It's fast food not gourmet dinning.“

My wife had lunch from Panera and paid $13.97 for a small bowl of soup, half of a sandwich and a drink. For a fast lunch on the turnpike, I preferred my $6 DQ special.“

“Credit where it's due! Friendly staff, fast service, well-crafted and piping hot food. Gentleman on the speaker at the drive thru asked me how my day is going. It's the little things in life, my expectations are low with businesses these days who only seem to care about your money and don't want to try to provide a decent experience. This taco bell beyond-exceeded my expectations and I appreciate their efforts. Usually my tacos are a mess and falling apart (not this location), it takes an effort to actually make things with care. They are hitting all the bullet points on customer service. Well done!“

“This is the worst DQ in our area. blizzards are always down from the top a few inches. We use to go there all the time and stopped going because of this reason. stopped on April 29 and could not go inside for some reason. tried the blizzard again and same result. Do yourself a favor and go to Canfield, Austintown or Columbiana. Extra nice places.“

“Picture it. I happened to stumble across this Taco bell, while I was lost. It's around 11:30 at night (08/30/2024) my phones dead, I just left the hospital (in youngstown!) and wanted to go home. I get lost and go 30 minutes the wrong way from my home and luckily came across the nicest crew possible at this taco bell! I was sobbing hysterically because I was lost and tired. The manager immediately offered me kindness, letting me use their store phone and giving me a charger. She made sure I was comfortable until I could wait for my family to come help me home. She let me sit in the lobby until they got there. She checked on me quite a few times! My mom came to my rescue and she orders tacos to go since we are there and deserved a treat after that stress. We get home and the tacos are the BEST taco bell tacos I've EVER had! Nothing stuck to the paper, good portions on the shells, on top of the extreme kindness and generosity they showed a complete stranger in the middle of the night. If I want taco bell again, I will absolutely drive 40 minutes and past the other 10 taco bells on my way to this one. You guys seriously rock! Thank you so much!“

“Arby's locations are comfortable generally. Some locations' workers seem unhappy, but not this one! The girls are always friendly and the service is fast. Food is always hot and tastes great. This is the best one I've been to so far.

“Burger King, Burger King you have outdone yourself & are truly “Burger King” making Wednesday’s Burger with Swiss cheese & organic purple bun made with purple potatoes…outstanding!!! The churros should stay forever as they are so crunchy & delicious with the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. Things onion rings is a cute name and the Addam’s family toys that they are offering would put a smile on anyone’s face. Love this themed meal! “It's a Subway, so if you've ever been to one before, it's exactly what you'd expect: subs and salads. This location is very clean, and the employees are awesome. They recognize me and know my order. The line moves quickly, even at lunchtime. The only downside is the parking situation: there are a very limited number of spaces, and it can get very busy here around noon. It's even worse in the winter when the snow gets plowed into the end spaces.“

“This is one extremely clean & beautiful Pizza Hut located in Columbiana. We also had an exceptional waiter who was quick, efficient & friendly. We loved the specials that they offer for dinner. 2 fountain drinks, 1 medium pizza & bread sticks for $20. I opted to spend a few more dollars for the modest salad bar. Oh, and I ordered the brownies as well. Turned out to be a fast dinner that allowed us to relax the rest of the evening at home.
