She was very nice. An advise I got to say to management of this location and all of their locations that they should start checking customers phones. To verify that that's their order because nowadays nobody cares, they will just walk in and say, yea, that's them but in reality, it's not but, other than that, everything was good.“

“Second time here after a couple of years and am so glad to see it have expanded to more options for savoury/ nutritious foods as well as their delicious pastries. It’s giving “Luna” but with a more modern and minimalist style! Happy to have brought my mum since the pastries are always great.

The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings“

“I recommend the cream cakes. They have traditional flavors such as lemon, blueberry, cherry and nut.....but every once in a while you might see a chocolate with apricot. Usually around the fall football season. The little cakes are only $3.00 each. I love buying them on Saturday. It makes a perfect match with a cup of coffee.“

We tried beef and chicken and could not decide which tasted better..lol My only suggestion would be freshly grated cheese, but it did not stop me from giving a 5 star. For the atmosphere, not much seating, just window bar height seating and is on a busy intersection, but the parking is good so that did not matter. Most certainly returning for more tacos! The first thing you need to know is don't neglect to take a number.
Everything we had was quite decadent. The daily panini was a Monte Cristo. It was very good & the portion size was incrediblely generous.
The service was no-nonsense but fast and efficient.
We were in a bit of a hurry, but I could see spending a long, enjoyable morning longing on their sidewalk while sampling some of the delicious backed goods on offer.“

“I'm giving this place 5 stars bc I believe the tres leches is one of the best in the country, absolutely best in CLE. You get a ton of the milk sauce which I love, it's a very generous portion, and it tastes amazing. The whipped cream on top is actual cream, so there's no weird aftertaste that you get with cool whip. My favorite is the strawberry version , the tartness of the strawberries perfectly cuts the sweetness of the cake/milks. I can't recommend it enough!

“I grew up/lived by this place for 18 years. Last night I had yet another dream in which I was in this donut shop ordering donuts. For the past 8 years I have lived in 6 different states and traveled around to quite a few more and have had quite a few donuts on my travels. Absolutely nothing can beat these donuts. I am not joking when I say I have had multiple dreams about this shop and it's donuts. I think about the maple cream filled donuts and classic donut holes often. Everytime I visit home I stop in for donuts at least once. The price is always cheap and the donuts are always the very best in all the land. “Great prices. Not as much choices compared to the last time I was there which was over 2 years ago. Still great place to go for basic breads and Texas toast. This is the only place I know that sells it. Awesome for French toast and homemade garlic bread. Great for parties and when large amount of breads, hotdog, burger or slider buns are needed. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because it took at least 5 minutes to get someone to come assist us at check out. I entered the store, shopped for about 5-7 minutes and no one was in the front of the store. Not until after the gentleman shopper got someone from the back to come check us out. Either you should be more aware of your guest entering or a bell at the counter would be a great alternative. I will return when I have my next party though for the great discounts.“
