I had AYCE fish fry and the portion was huge, no need for seconds .I had coleslaw and clam chowder, best I’ve ever tasted. My friend had the Chicken Madison , pasta and the clam chowder. She agreed about the clam chowder. Service was excellent and fairly priced. We live in Avon Lake, but definitely will plan to be back. Thank you for the experience.“

“I ordered pizzas for 20 people for a gathering after Christmas and didn’t want to break the bank. I googled Papa John’s and was happy to see one had recently opened right near me in Chagrin Falls. It was a Friday night, I ordered 6-7 pizzas, and scheduled them to be done between 5:20-5:30 (with about an hour lead time). Every pizza was done perfectly and they were all absolutely delicious. I’m also grateful they have a gluten-free crust option available so my gf family members can enjoy as well.“

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“

The food was awesome - we had the marinara (or maybe the spinach) pizza and the dry-aged meatballs. Both were excellent. Service was great - minimal wait for drinks and food - couldn't ask for better. Crumb and Spigot has been consistently great every time we've gone. Great place and in our neighborhood!“

“Ive been using this dominos for about 2 years and they have always been consistent! Recently there was a hiccup with my order, and the pizza I received was not up to par. After calling and stating my issue, Tyler was absolutely wonderful and did a phenomenal job helping me with the issue I had. A replacement pizza was sent, and it was absolutely wonderful! Tyler even followed up to ensure the pizza was up to par! Phenomenal staff here who always seek to make sure customers are happy!
