“I have loved this place ever since I started ordering online from here. I always get extra of everything except for the meat, and I always get a full bowl, every time I have come. Other Chipotle's I have gone to only give you like half a bowl, which I do not like. I get that the bowl is only $10, but I expect that if I am getting a bowl, I want a full bowl, and not a half one. “The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

“The Seafood burrito is very good and a great deal but if you are a dip fan DO NOT buy them here!!!! We ordered a “regular size” queso and guacamole and it’s a joke. It’s a very small container of a pitiful amount. Queso is $4.99 and guacamole is $5.75 Do better!! I can go to other Mexican food restaurants in Brunswick and get 2-3 times the amount for the same price. I can get the same size of guac at chipotle for $2.75!“

“Probably one of the best Cozumels in the area. One word to describe it is quick! From being seated to orders being taken and delivered to the table. We were probably there a total of 15 minutes and our food was already ready.

Our waitress was on top of things and super friendly.

The food was really good and the portions for the price is worth it.

Definitely recommend coming here!

“Good tacos but the sauce is not the same, I only like your tacos. I hate tacos. You changed the sauce. 2021 has been the worst year of my life. First my dog died, now this. Still five stars just sad the sauce is different.“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“
